The manager at this store is extremely rude/mean to customers for literally no reason at all. I have had to stop coming to this location because even ordering for pick up does not prevent me from having an unpleasant experience every time I go. You can’t even check to see if it’s your name is on a drink without her yelling at you “that’s not yours!” Like you can’t even check if a drink is yours or not. She literally goes out of her way to say something snarky or unnecessary to every single customer. I used to love coming to this location until she started working here. It’s just so unfortunate.
One time I ordered for pickup in the morning. I show up and the Starbucks is closed but the manager is there. She then proceeds to yell at me for placing the order and demands that I cancel the order becuae she’s not open and it’s not suppose to let me order for pick up. She’s yelling at me like I turned on her availability at the store…. So then she proceeds to loudly complain the entire time while she’s making my drink to me and TO OTHER PEOPLE AT THE SMITHS about how I had placed a pick up order. This lady is insane....

I order an iced London fog latte and by the time I get it all the ice is gone its barely cold n super watery not like any of the other locations.. very disappointing considering I go here almost daily and this is my favorite drink.. idk if they aren't steeping the tea long enough or not adding enough ice or both but please please fix it I do really like going to this location the people are very nice and polite I will always tip just please.. stop giving me a barely cold watered down iced drink with completely melted ice. One of the Smith's employee's came AFTER I did mind you and he attended to him right away, never once saying anything to me.
