TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. CLOSED AT 1AM when it’s meant to be OPENED 24HOURS?? their excuse was that they COULDNT TAKE ORDERS because the DOOR COULDNT LOCK / UNLOCK PROPERLY.. made absolutely NO SENSE. said he was only taking online orders but how are you even suppose to give those out if the door doesn’t work??? when i rang the bell the worker came and asked if i read the sign he wrote that was left on the door ; i said i did but it didn’t make no sense and he CUSSED at me and said to come in anyway with an ATTITUDE .. i walked right out cause im not about to have someone with TERRIBLE customer service make MY FOOD. when i drove by to take a pic of the sign he had up, he had already taken it down. not only should that worker be FIRED, GABBY should be FIRED as well and should have been a LONGGG time ago. she’s a TERRIBLE manager and doesn’t know how to manage her store. Even looking at other people’s reviews , it’s the same complaints over and over .. about night shift closing , about staff , about HER. she’s the reason why this store has such a low rating and has terrible staff cause she herself...

It was miserable trying to get just about every vegetable. I thought they forgot to put tuna in my sub, it was there they must have used an eyedropper to measure it. Totally not acceptable, throw their garbage coupons away. Go to a different subway, this one has become all about saving themselves money, and the customer ends up with the most pathetic sandwich ever. He advised me the register was down and that i had to order from the app. I tried to ask for help when ordering and he kept saying he doesn't know and that there wasn't anything he could do about any questions I asked.
