Worst customer service ever every time ‼️ I said my order at the drive-thru and it was repeated back perfectly to me. Then I went up to the cashiers window and read the screen myself and corrected my order. Then after a 16-hour shift and stopping at Popeyes and getting home almost 40 minutes later come to find out that I still have to cook dinner for my daughter because the plain chicken sandwich that I had corrected multiple times with multiple employees for the same order still was incorrect. It had mayo all over it! I have been calling the Popeye's on lake Mead and Civic center for over 40 minutes and not one time did they pick up. This Popeye's closes up early they can never get orders correct and they have the worst attitudes in the world when you are just trying to make sure that your order is right because they never can handle getting a order right. At this point Popeye's is stealing my money and I'm really starting to think it's on purpose because it's the same people that keep messing up the same orders. I have left my phone number on the multiple voicemails this evening because I want my money back and unfortunately because I work 16 hours a day I will not be able to come into the store until 6:00 p.m. tomorrow night. I do not appreciate the lack of customer service, managers as well as cashiers and Cooks not paying attention to the orders and making them incorrectly and wasting my money at this unprofessional establishment. This is literally the worst Popeyes in Las Vegas and now I want to speak so whoever is over the entire store. If they are friends with the women that keep messing up orders then I will follow the chain of command and I need to speak to the manager over the manager for the store. All those women do is talk they never listen and that's why they can't get a order right. This is just gotten to be ridiculous and I'm tired of Popeye's stealing my money now when they could simply listen and put in the order correctly and make sure it is made correctly especially since you have to wait 20 minutes per order every time no matter what time of the day it is. I've been hearing that this Popeye's run so slowly because of covid even after all the covid restrictions were lifted. It is time for someone to step in and give them a refresher course on customer service and completing an order correctly...
Read moreOkay, so I went in to get a box of chicken and sides. When I arrived, they were busy. There were 4 Uber Eats drivers waiting for orders, the drive-thru was full of customers, and there were about 6 more customers waiting for orders. 6:20 I placed my order and began conversing with food delivery drivers. One guy told me he'd been waiting OVER 30 minutes. (Bug eyed disbelief) As we conversed, I watched as the crew bumped into each other and jumped around each other to get customers taken care of. I asked for the Store Manager. He couldn't speak with me, he was preparing orders. No problem. 6:47 and the last food delivery person was out the door. I'm watching the Manager hustling to get people out the door. He understood that his crew needed help. Great guy. 6:55 where's my 20 piece, mild with red beans and rice and green beans? 7:02 I'm watching the Manager handling food without gloves on and dripping sweat. I FINALLY GET MY FOOD AND I'M OUT THE DOOR! 7:16 I open my bag to find 2 boxes of chicken, no sides, no biscuits. I just get out the skillet and whip up some chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni. No problem. Everyone gets chicken for lunch tomorrow and chicken for dinner tomorrow with Mac n cheese. No problem. 7:45 I take a bite of my chicken and guess what...IT'S SPICY! Okay then. The other box must be MILD chicken like I asked for. NOPE! SPICY! 40 pieces of spicy chicken. 8:45 I finish washing dishes after making steak fajitas and head for bed TOO TICKED OFF to go to Popeyes to complain without causing a ugly scene that I'm sure would show up on the "Karen's Gone Wild"...

So I have place orders online quite a bit so when I went in again the Spanish guys never ask to see I just tell them my name. so on 5-30-25 around 7 something the black lady was working I always have my phone just in case she is in there cause she have been in there often I told her my name she looked on my phone …so another customer caucasian came in the customer said there name she didn’t even look at the phone like she did with me..wow so I guess she pick and choose who name she wants to see.. she need to know popeye’s online order policy sometimes the person ordering could be at home work etc someone else could be picking up there order for them.and they should just be able to say the name like popeye’s policy says please read the online order pick up...
