Don Tortaco Mexican Grill #17 — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

The lady refused to tell me how much my food order was in English because I didn’t understand what she was saying to me in Spanish. . She told me she doesn’t speak English , smiled and then shut the drive through door in my face, when I told her I’m speaking in English so I don’t speak Spanish. I would like to pay for my order and leave. while I waited for my order and to pay she kept me waiting at the window without another word. I didn’t appreciate the customer service I received today after trying to give them my business regardless of the language barrier . I told her it wasn’t necessary to treat me so rudely because I didn’t speak Spanish and I didn’t appreciate the service she was giving me. The woman tried to tell me she was the manager when I knew for a fact she could not have been with the customer service that she provided to me today. I ended up, leaving without my food and without paying for my food because she never returned to the window. And just kept me waiting. At that point I wasn’t sure if they were evening making my order. I never been treated so badly here at this location until her. I wouldn’t have given the service a star if it was an option. It’s not my fault I wasn’t raised in a Spanish home to speak the language. I like mexican food and I come here a lot but I don’t like being treated so poorly for not speaking...

My wife and I have been faithful customers for several years and for some reason today was a complete disaster! Before ordering our food my wife asked for the restroom keys as to which time she was informed that the restrooms were for paying customers. She stated that she is a paying customer seeing that there was a line and just wanted to use the restroom before ordering. It’s amazing how they have signs up stating that they provide the best customer service yet a paying customer has to order food first before they can use the restroom. It wasn’t until after ordering our food was she allowed to use the restroom. As she returned the keys she voiced her concerns and was completely shocked when she was accused of making a seen. Since we had already payed we just waited for our food. As we received our food we just left without checking our order which was our fault. When we got home and prepared to eat was astonished and shocked at what we were served. The number 18 green sauced shrimp was full of nothing but oil and the menudo was 3/4 juice and a 1/4 menudo. I have NEVER had such bad service in my life. The food was absolutely unacceptable! This will be the last time we ever order from this Don Tortaco again. Simply just BAD all...

I’m a regular at this location and I’ve never had a problem here until tonight. My husband was craving a late night burrito so we stopped by the drive thru it was around 11:30 p.m., he asked the woman working the drive thru if they could chop the meat up a bit more than the usual because he had just gotten his braces tightened. She rudely told us that the meat already comes chopped and they couldn’t do anything about it, confused with this response he asked her if they couldn’t just get a knife and dice it up a bit more for him and she again very rudely and short said no. We backed out of the drive thru and left there was no reason she had to be rude whatsoever when we were very politely asking for a simple request, I don’t understand how dicing up meat is so complicated it takes less than 10 seconds and there were no other...
