I'm a regular that orders 2 - 3 times a month for over a year at Ann and Decatur location. I've never had an issue until yesterday 9/10/21. I always have my order delivered; yesterday being no different except when I clicked on track order and see it says delivered. No doorbell or knock on my door but I look and see nothing. The food was not there. I called and the actual delivery guy answered. I told him the situation. He tries telling me my home had a vehicle parked in front. I told him there is no vehicle in front of my home. Eventually he insisted he delivered to my address. As he had me holding to speak with his manager my neighbor came over with our food. He dropped it off next door. When he came back on the phone I told him what he did and asked for the Manager. He gave her the phone. Her name was Stephanie. I told her my neighbor delivered my food and it's now cold. Sje offered to replace it. I told her no we are hungry. She offered a credit of 10 dollars. I told her that's fine but I want the drivers tip back. It's been 24 hours and I don't see any credit back on my bank account. If it's not there in 3 days they lost a loyal customer. The driver insisted he dropped off my food at my house. When I told him he delivered next door I got no apology. I dont give tips to people that lie and don't apologize. However, two days later I woke up to my cashapp account being in the negative with a notification telling me my order was updated from $43 to $48. Now I did not leave a tip when the pizza was delivered, but I did sign the receipt so I realized the delivery driver HAD to have left herself a $5 tip. Following this realization I called Marco’s spoke with the GM who did not apologize for the situation, was very dismissive, and acted like I did not have a valid complaint because it was $5. She told me I could come pick up the $5 which was fine but I didn’t appreciate being treated like my complaint was invalid. Some people may see this as petty, but it’s the principle.
