McDonald's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would have . . Driving from So.Calif to north US . . in store when arrived, there was no line of people to order, there were 3-4 people/families waiting for their orders. I chose to order food before using restroom. My order simple: 1 sm van shake, 1 sm fries, 1 qrter pounder xtra/cheese with tomato & lettuce. After restroom, large line had formed to order food, and people that were previously there were still waiting for their food . . I sat 23mins watching all previous customers as well as all new customers after me get their food (additional 13 different orders -- the store has monitors displaying all orders and which orders are ready) . . I was honestly the only order remaining on the monitor . . I had to ask if could at least have my shake while waiting, and that made three female employees upset . . it still took additional 5mins get my food with no other orders on the monitor or new customers . . Guess what?? they gave me the WRONG hamburger . . No apology, no explaining how to resolve, instead the employee went looking around everywhere try find my hamburger. I had ask her stop her search and please get manager for refund, which took additional 5mins . . Top off this horrible experience at any McDonald's I've ever visited around the world, the female mngr ignored me and would not once look at me nor apologize while I tried explain to her my experience for their betterment . . not worth stopping there no matter how hungry, keep driving or go across street and eat at...

I need a district manager to contact me regarding an experience at this location. Every single time I order from this location it is a issue today again missing items I come all the way back and it's only 7:00 p.m. after trying to call repeatedly to the number no answer it rings until it stops ringing I get to the store and the door is locked nobody will come to the door so I continue to knock when finally someone comes I let them know I did not receive all my items they send a poor girl who is super nice at the drive-thru who took my payment to the door and told her to tell me that they are closed another girl is going in a side door on the way out and I asked her for the store manager information she said she doesn't know it. I ask to speak to the manager on duty she said I'll go get her she comes back out 5 minutes later and tells me that she was just informed that the manager left for the evening and there is no manager on duty which from what I understand is against McDonald's store policy there should be a manager on site at all times and hands me a paper with finally some contact information. Again this store is horrific anytime I have to come to this location. It's even worse because I have tried to contact the corporate office before and have never received a call back it's like a black hole of trying to get any action regarding any situation at...

Gave 1 star cause I can't give none...worst mc donnalds I've ever been to...manager was professional and nice feel bad for him he deserves a better job. I was FORCED to use the kiosk....I mentioned id rather have a human take my order and apparently that will get you nowhere. So I order my food and 20 mins later the people I came with got their food and ate already...I ask the manager what is the hold up and he said they ordered easiily prepared food...I only ordered mcmuffins..So I wait 10 more mins and the manager comes up to me and says .it should not take that long and grabs my reciept...thank god for the only compitent person there...5 mins later a girl yells my number....I walk up and grab my food and ask politely (If you don't mind me asking what was the hold up with my food?) She says she called my order a bunch of times...I looked at her with surprise and said no you didn't I was right here the whole time...she didn't even wait for me to finish the sentence before she walked away.. I went up to the manager who then said it was all his fault and he is sorry...I told him "it may be youur fault but that lady just lied to my face and I know she if full of bs...your the manager here go handle it" and walked out...seriouisly wanted to throw my drink at that lady...but she works at McDonald's she is already a...
