If you make an order through the website. They use DoorDash as their delivery service which is not inherently a bad thing. The issue was with the store itself, it is poorly run and managed. I don't blame the employees, but management. My family wanted stuff crust pizza so we ordered here. We ordered at 1:50 PM, the Dasher told us they were waiting an hour because they were told the food was not started yet at 3:30 PM. Finally, the manager came out after multiple customer complaints and the dasher was able to ask the manager about our order. Well the Manager said our order was delivered at 2:30 PM! that's right the Manager lied right to the dashers face because they were there since 3:30 and were told it has not been started. On top of all this the manager is just sitting in the back doing nothing as his employees are fielding all the issues and complaints (great manager there /sarcasm). They left the phone ringing and no one worked the phones including the manager.
The manager then proceeded to say he cannot do anything which is a LIE! just to educate everyone. He can refund the order. However the manager proceeds to tell the dasher to tell us we have to call DoorDash to get everything restarted. At this point, do you think I would trust this store to get my order started and correct? NO!, so I called DoorDash all they could do is cancel the order on their end, but they CANNOT REFUND because it is through Pizza Huts website portal. I know I can't get through to the store to get my refund so I had to go through PizzaHut's website because their customer service line is absolute trash setup and doesn't help you in any way.
I spoke to a chat agent and am currently pending a refund (guess from where?) that's right THROUGH THE STORE!!. I have an incident number and am waiting for a response from them currently.
This is NOT the first time this has happened and probably will not be the last. This store is notorious for doing this over and over. I would never order from this store again and hope everyone whom reads this does the same. This store specifically needs new management or an audit to see how poorly this...
Read moreI only ordered 18 wings with 2 extra containers of dipping sauce...simple, right? I thought so, too. Dave, the young man I spoke with, said it'd be about 20 minutes to pick up. After having read the reviews, I laughingly suggested maybe half an hour? He laughed...and agreed. So I got there a half hour later (I only live 2 blocks away, lol), walked in, gave them my name and told them I had an order for pick up. Nope, I was told. I must've called a different store, I was told. But that's okay, the young lady said...she can have the order ready in 10 minutes or less if I want. Okay, says I. I'm tired, cold and HUNGRY...fix it and btw, what's your phone number here? Yeah? Isn't it funny how I managed to call a different store at YOUR number? You wouldn't have an employee by the name of Dave, would you? You do? Oh, so I DID actually call here and you guys just lost my order? The reply...it looks like it. No apology or anything resembling one! On the brighter side and the reason for the few stars I did give, my wings were done in less than 10 minutes, they were cooked properly and they were absolutely delicious! Since my purchases here are rare (only 2-3 yearly) and they were able to quickly correct the error, I could let it go and enjoy my meal however, I would strongly suggest a different location whenever possible and urge caution if ordering from...

This time my wing order was taken wrongs, don’t know if it was a phone issue or just that the employee was rushing because she would tell me is that all after I place each of my order making feel rush.. my order got here and my wing order was wrong.. I had order traditional and got delivered boneless, I called the store back and they transferred me to there manager on duty I explain to her my issue she said because of the recipe order the only thing she could do is give me a new order with less wings than what i had to pay for.. they will deliver my new order but had to give them back the wings that got delivered wrong, I had no problem with returning them because we don’t eat boneless, but because of all the pandemic going around why would you want to retake some wings that where deliver already to a home and not knowing if they were touch or whatever the case might be.. for me it’s was more of a health issue than other things.
