Pizza Baby! — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I was really craving pizza last night and stumbled upon this spot on Google Maps. Without hesitation, I decided to check it out. Right away, I got a nostalgic vibe—think classic 80s pizza joint, with lots of tables and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is refreshingly simple, making it easy to decide what to get. They offer four sizes: personal, medium, large, and XL. I went for the XL pepperoni.

The cook took my order and told me it'd be ready in about 10-15 minutes. I want to point out, don’t let the empty exterior fool you. While waiting, I watched at least six families come in to pick up their orders in that short time, which speaks volumes about their efficiency. The cooks were on it, and I was in and out in a flash.

Now, onto the pizza. The XL was loaded with pepperoni, and I loved the quirky, uneven cut—it just felt like they didn't overthink it. The dough was soft, all the way from the tip to the crust, with just the right amount of sweetness. The combination of pepperoni and cheese was perfect—flavorful and satisfying. I ordered Pizza Baby! for the first time as a part of a Spirit Dining promotion and I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered two different large pizzas and an order of buffalo wings. The thing that stuck out the most to me was the CRUST! The flavor of the crust itself was so dang good. I'm telling you, it was so good that even after I was full after my 3rd piece...I felt like I needed to eat another slice just because the last crust bite was THAT good.

I've only gone there once, so I don't know if it was a fluke or not, but this is my favorite tasting pizza spot in Las Vegas for sure. I personally didn't eat the wings because I don't like buffalo sauce; however, my lady did and she stated that they were top notch. That the buffalo sauce tasted a little different than "normal" buffalo but in the best way possible.
