So I basically came in 3 times in one week I was trying to print a image I made to create a farm house sign the 1st time I emailed it over it was pretty busy in there & as usual there was only one girl working but any how the girl ended up telling me that she could open my image but it wasent allowing her to save it into editing so I tried sending it a different way still no luck when I tried to ask her why it was doing that or if she could suggest I try something different she simply had nothing to say & was very rude she basically said no & walked away from me to help other people while I was still talking i felt like she was just saying that cause she didnt want to deal with the hastle of trying to fix the promblem that was accuring so I left. The 2nd time was about a day later I tried to give them a second try thinking maybe it was just that one person so I emailed my image then called I spoke to a supervisor she said the image was fine & so I proceeded to explain to her the size I was trying to get & how I wanted the image flipped backwards she told me to come in & bring my board with me so they can play with it a bit to get it right so there I go I ended leaving my board there. They took my info & said they would contact me when it was done 2 days go by & nothing so i call they said oh yes it's ready we were just gonna call u so now the 3rd time I go in. It's the same girl from who I left the board with so I was excited thinking oh great I can get my stuff home & get to work on my project boy was I wrong. She brought the board & the image to me & right away I told her it was wrong for one the image was not flipped 2 it was deffinatley not the size I requested so I told her she stared at her screen & then basically told me that it wasent printing in the size I needed I was like okkkkk. I asked her what were my options still trying not to get snippy or angry with her she told me to send the image again as she helped other people I took a seat to give her some time then came back to inform her it's resent cause I could see she wasent going back to work on it. She went to her computer screen & up popped a pizza hut ordering page she ordered her pizza then clicked back & forth from the screen to mine right in front of me at this point I was frustrated & pissed off she printed it again to show me the biggest she could get it & it wasent going to work plus I told her again it wasent flipped she then told me she couldnt flip it so I told her to forget it & thanks for wasting my time. I will never go bck here again they are very Un professional & don't seem to know what there doing there always super busy & under staffed plus I have no clue as to why no one contacted me to let me know my board was ready & even when I called & they said it was why didn't they inform me then that they couldn't do it I would've completely understood picked up my stuff & tryed else where but instead I was miss informed. Read moreHorrible Customer Service. I ordered an item online from the Office Depot website. I needed to return the item because it didn't work. I went to the Office Depot on. 1435 B Craig rd. I felt like a tennis ball because I was batted back and forth between phone Customer Service and in store management. Let me correct that... it was the "District Manager" who was so problematic. He made sure to let me know he was the "District Manager" several times.
Over the phone the Customer Service Rep. told me to take the item to the store for my refund. The "District Manager" kept telling me he did not care what I was told over the phone because I was probably talking to someone in another country anyway.
He went on to tell me of someone who had driven from miles and miles away who had received poor "advice" from the phone reps. But, when I said, "I'm sorry you have so many other customers who have had bad experiences with your company, but I am one customer who needs your help now" some people in line laughed.
Then the District Manager explained he could not give me a refund because his computer showed I already had received a refund. I explained the people on the phone could not give me a refund until I returned the item and that was why I was in the store to return the item. And that they said the store would give me the refund ONLY when the item was returned.
This was a horrible experience. I finally got the refund because so many people were standing around and watching this horrible treatment. I would not recommend this store to anyone for anything. Beware I say.
I wrote this review on their website, but I know it will never get published because of the pop up review writing guidelines I got. I have never seen this type of thing before where pop up guidelines on the review page tells you to "refrain from writing about customer service, instead contact us if you have issues requiring immediate attention". This only tells me they KNOW they have horrible customer service but they choose do do nothing about it. People need to know about this experience so they can choose to stay away...
Read moreVery unprofessional and shady! I ordered a new Laptop online and picked it up in store. The sales associate hands me the box and I immediately noticed that the seal on the box was broken. I questioned the sales associate about the open box and she said that they opened it in store as “quality control” but when I looked inside the box it was missing the power cord and adapter. I also pointed out that the box should have remained sealed or it’s considered open box not new. They tried to sell me an open box with items missing as a new laptop. I questioned them about it being open box and the rude manager came running over accusing me of swearing at the sales associate, ripped the box out of my hand and proceeded to issue a refund. She wouldn’t look at me and ignored my question about the open box saying I swore at her sales associate. I said that I didn’t swear at anyone and the manager then called me a liar. The only liars were the employees who tried to sell me an open box item as new. The manager wouldn’t answer my questions other than saying “nope” to everything I said and wouldn’t make eye contact with me. I told her that this behavior was unacceptable and I would be contacting corporate to which she sarcastically replied “good”. She’s a horrible manager with zero communication skills and I see in other reviews that I am not the only person who has had a similar issue with this rude manager with a bad attitude.
