Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I came here during Valentine week, where they were selling the specialty heart donuts. They looked so cute and tasted great! The boxes they came in (packs of 3) was also sweet, with the quote “Three little reasons to smile”. Because of the event, the line ups were huge – both drive thru and indoors – so the wait times were long, but not considered for this review. The employees there were all quick and courteous to their customers, in doing what they can to complete orders. The area, despite being crowded, was still well kept and maintained, including the washrooms. The wait time was around 30 minutes until we finally received our order. They were all correct. I would advise ordering online for specialty donuts near events like Valentines Day, Christmas, etc. at Krispy Kreme so you can avoid the line up at the cashier. Krispy Kreme also tends to sell the pricier doughnuts, compared to other doughnuts joints at Las Vegas. Regardless, their treats are all well crafted, and tastes awesome. Two years ago I gave this place five stars. Today I'm giving them two stars! The last two times I've come here the customer service is lacking. Today the employee by the name of Evany was extremely rude! She had an attitude from the time that I walked in until the time that I left. She gave a snotty response when I asked her to use the stick to get my donuts off of the line instead of her hand. She reluctantly took her glove off and used the stick. Then to get the specialty donuts that I wanted from behind the counter, I'm almost 100% certain that she used her bare hands, but I couldn't see because of the way that the trays were positioned. She then proceeded to ring me up and when I asked for a bag she acted as if she did not hear me. Not to mention she did not say thank you and when I said thank you to her instead, she pretended as if I didn't say anything. With Covid and everything else going on she should know better, not to mention customer service is everything. I will not be back to this Krispy Kreme. And I would recommend you...

I was here just last night. I remember being a little girl watching donuts being made. I loved this and it will always remind me of the times I spent here with my grandparents. I was so excited to bring my baby last night, but unfortunately my experience was terrible! I bought glazed donuts and they used to give you the fresh ones being made, but last night we got ones that had already been out. And due to one person, her name was Melissa. She was incredibly rude. Don’t work customer service if you don’t have it. I wanted one of the new Harry Potter ones her response was “You can’t do that one with a dozen, you have to pay for it by itself” in a belittling tone. Because the way she said it I didn’t get the donut. A simple “that ones extra, is that okay,” would be a better way to get people to buy it. She needs serious coaching on how to speak to customers.
