I did an online order to avoid people during the pandemic as much as possible. I ordered online at 6:40 pm. My order was suppose to ready at 7:00 pm. When I got there they said they didn't have my order. Then another employee said yeah we did its on the counter. It was a paper order. No sorry, nothing. One guy made my three subs. Another customer came in had his 2 subs made and was out in a few minutes. I asked the guy if he could put the BLT sub in the oven. He said to me its not on the order. I said I didn't see the option. He said I am just telling you its not on the order. Ok! It took 15 minutes for me to get my order. I had waited in the seat while the guy made my food. I figured since he had the order on paper there would be no mistakes. Meanwhile the other guy making food had his mask not covering his nose. When I got home the BLT sub had onions, pepperoncinis peppers, and olives added. I basically threw it away since I ordered a plain BLT sub. I reached out to Subway, and all I got in response is I will talk to my employees. How about refund on the BLT sub? Awful customer service. I will not go to this...
Read moreI have been to this location 3 times and all three times I have been disappointed. Unless I'm feeling then exactly how I want my order step by step the people working are lost. I asked for a melt and the person had no idea what that was but tried to play it off otherwise, I've had a melt before, I know what the process is. After seeing him try to assemble the sandwich I asked him aren't you suppose toast it in a specific manner and double the cheese (that's what makes it a melt) and instead conferring to a coworker that might know what a melt is he responds "oh that's not how we do it here." ??? I come back another time for a wrap in hopes this time will be different but the person making it also had no idea what the subway club was so I had to look up the exact contents at tell her what it is only for her to wrap it horrendously and then massacre it with a knife. Took a bite and got pure lettuce and nothing else in one corner. If you're getting subway... Don't go...
Read moreI am very disappointed with my recent experience at two different Subway locations in North Las Vegas. Both stores were completely empty when I arrived, and I requested to order three platters. To my surprise, I was told that they couldn’t fulfill my request because they require 24 hours' notice. I would understand if the store were busy, but there wasn’t a single customer in sight. This lack of flexibility was frustrating, and I can’t help but feel like this is one of the reasons businesses like Subway are struggling. To make matters worse, the employee threw the paper back at me when I asked about the order. Several years ago, there was a wonderful employee named Monica, and the service was much better. It's clear to me that places should be more careful when hiring staff, as customer service is critical. If someone doesn’t enjoy interacting with customers, they should look for a job that doesn’t involve direct contact with people. Very disappointed and won't...
