Terrible customer service! If you ever need to show new hires examples of bad customer service just take a trip here!
It's 106 degrees in Vegas. I Go to Taco Bell on 7/19 4:50pm, expecting my order to be correct.
I get all the way home and my order was wrong. It was very wrong to where I needed to go back and actually get the right order.
Cashier: says he can't take it back since I had already left and can't tell if we ate the food or it was truly missing
I give the cashier the time frame of leaving and coming back.. no way we ate 4 tacos within 7 minutes!!
The cashier decides to really go back and forth with instead of getting a manager .
I finally ask for a manager, she comes. Doesn't even speak to us and starts to issue the refund. NO WORDS.
She finally says did you pay card or cash. We say card.
She just points at the car reader (for us to re-insert card)
I ask for paper copy of receipt because with it being 2023 nothing is physical anymore. She just walks off .. I repeat myself and she says yea I know.
I wait And wait!
Watching all the kitchen workers just staring back at us.
She comes back with the receipts and tried to hand it to me as she is at the same time walking off. I asked are you in a rush. She shakes her head. Still no words to me. I said well can I have your name and the store number she. She said no!
I ask again, She said no!
I said well can I have the store managers name and number.. she said no!
At this point I'm just baffled bu the rudeness this manager on duty was giving us.
I hope this reaches the right person and I get a response or call. That was the worst experience from any Taco Bell ever...

She did not try fixing her problem, so her manager did the best she could but after all no one said "we are sorry." Another worker that is a young Hispanic guy and he was very rude telling us its our fault we didn't get our order when someone else took our order, saying that "thats what happens when you are snitching out and not paying attention. To start with the manager had our receipt to give us our right amount of change back and second the workers forcefully have to check the receipt before giving out an order. Kitty yelled at us, was rude, and refused to add to our order because she didnt hear us order an item. She was going to make us go back around through the drive through line again. She also would not give us the District Manager's name or contact information. She said she didn't know who it was. She claimed to be the MOD that shift. I gave up on arguing with her and went inside to purchase the missing item. My husband, a Board Certified Doctor of Public Health, parked our car and came in to see if there was any franchise information posted. There was not, so he requested to see the health inspection information, as is his right. The cashier at the counter initially refused to let him see it, but when she finally did bring it to the counter for him to see it, she said "Don't touch it".
