Winchell's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

If I could post negative ⭐'s I would. The service in the dining room was appalling. The food was sub-par at best. My Step-mom wanted to got here for mother's day dinner. The 4 of us arrive a 5:45pm. There were only 3 to 4 tables in use/ being dined at, we were told to sit wherever we like by one of the female wait staff. We sat at a booth. Mom ordered a glass of wine, which came in a glass that looked like it'd never been washed(lipstick smeered rim, and the glass itself looked hazy/grimy. She didn't even take a sip from the glass.. The waitress took the glass and looked at it, and then my mom like she was lying. When it clearly wasn't clean. The rest of us ordered 2 teas and a coke. The tea was not fresh. Two other sets of couples came in after us 30mins passed one set of couples had got their beverages, and put in their order, the other none of the wait staff spoke to until they questioned what was going on, and why they weren't acknowledged the couple was told the kitchen was backed up and they should probably leave. 45-50 mins went by and we had not got our meal. Both waitresses were running around aimlessly doing nothing. This went on for almost the 2hrs it took to eventually get our food. Also there were 2 to-go order that waited at least 30-45 mins for their order. When our order came out 2 hours 15 minutes after being there. The mash potatoes were cold, the Filet Mignon was just a cut from a strip steak and was well done (practically beef jerky). Which I had ordered a Filet Mignon medium-rare, I asked for another one cause this clearly wasn't what I ordered and en-edibe all our food seemed like it sat out under heat lamps for a while. When I asked waitress for another Filet Mignon, She was very put off by the fact the food was being sent back. ALL AROUND TERRIBLE SERVICE! We'd been patrons of this Pub several times (at least once a month) over the course of 5-6 years. Something has gone terribly wrong with staffing, and food quality. I'm not actually writing a review for this particular location but their sister property Lucky 7. They have turned off their review option i'm sure because they know people would be writing them horrible reviews about how crooked they are. I went in there for the first time, sat down at a machine putting $20 in & the buttons on the machine wouldn't work properly. You literally had to slam down on the buttons for them to work. So I moved over to the next machine and that machine was even worse. I put more money in to play poker. Using my left hand to press hold on a card with my right hand barely touching the draw button & all of a sudden it drew automatically without me being able to hold my cards. That happened about 3x. So I decided okay these buttons are extremely sensitive so I'll just hover my fingers right about it. Nope! It did it agian! Once again not able to hold my cards, another 1.25 thrown away. So I decide to just use one hand for all my buttons so that I'm not hovering above any of the buttons. NOPE! That obviously didn't work either. It threw my whole hand away agian, twice it did that and I was done & cashed out. I told the employee & he informed me that he knows about it & so does the company. He went on telling me that it happens all the time & the company refuses to change out the buttons because they cost $700 per button. He also said that most of his customers play keno so it doesn't really effect most of the customers only the ones playing poker & when you do play poker you should use the touch screen. I said you saw me playing poker, you could have told me that or warned me but nope he obviously didn't care. Come Monday I will definitely be calling the Gaming Board to let them know of this ongoing problem that they don't seem to care...
