This is a prime example of an almost perfect situation ruined by one important detail: PACKAGING. For the first time, I decided to get up to modern times and sign up with grubhub. I spent $50 with wing stop on my first order. When the driver handed me the bag, it was leaking at the bottom and she seemed unawares until she lifted the bag, which revealed grease all over her passenger seat. When I got inside and opened the order, the 4 ranch and extra hot sauce were not packaged but left loose next to 50 wings and 2 large fries. Naturally, 2 ranch sauces spilled In the bag, along with ALOT of wing sauce. The reason is that instead of packaging the 4 flavors separately, the staff tried to fit 25 wings in 2 boxes, 2 flavors on a box layering all over each other, through the paper placed in between both flavors creating a terrible mess and inability to distinguish the flavors. Really? To save 2 Styrofoam containers and a plastic bag for the sauces tied tied? U ruined what could have been an amazing experience. I have no choice but to write the better business bureau, because I could have spent that money elsewhere and been treated with much greater courtesy in the delivery and presentation of my order. Shame on the staff for packaging this so carelessly and cheaply on such am expensive order. Show more courtesy to your customers.
Then after I write this review on grub hub, I call wingstop with my grievance and am told no manager is available but I will get a call back. Instead I get a text message from grubhub saying wingstop wants to charge $7.15 for special instructions made. I asked on a $50 order for one wing to be bone in. I called and was told $7 would be charged did I want to to do that or keep order same. Order was left the same I told them I won't pay that just for one set of wings to be bone in No mention of trying to charge me happened until this morning after my grubhub review. U can check those reviews and see how often this location messes orders up. It is several people saying the same thing. I now am insulted on top of losing $50 for a mesh of sloppy wings with this childish act and will be filing a full detailed better business bureau report. This type of behavior in this economy with people spending good money they could spend anywhere needs to change. Without some type of reimbursement I will never go to any wingstop again and will share my story.
UPDATE 2/23/18 Still no solution from WingStop. They blame GrubHub the issue was you not them .Still no call back. Got an email with no solution from the rep who wrote me back here. Pure lack of respect for customers. So many local places with wings and buffalo Wild Wings.. No need...
Read moreMusic was way too loud first off second when I walked in they were cleaning but it smelled like sour towels so that was pretty unsettling it should be smelling like chicken then I had already put my order in online I knew it wasn't ready so I sat down and I was watching the little screen had my name up there I kept looking over but then at some point my name disappeared instead of showing all the little dots. Never heard them say my name and there was only two other people in there they already had their food but maybe they said it and I couldn't hear it because it was like a club in there with the music so loud. So I walked up to the counter and stood there looking stupid while not one person said anything to me and mind you I had been in there for 10 minutes and no one even said one word to me not hi how you doing can I help you nothing completely ignored me like I was not alive got my food and it was all right I had to throw one of the pieces of chicken away because it didn't taste like chicken it was like grisly weirdness so I threw it away kind of put me off from the rest of the Wings so I only ate three of the six piece boneless wings and the fries were okay they're definitely different I can't put my finger on it but I have been noticing the last few times I went to Wingstop the french fries do not taste the same maybe they change the oil or something I'm not sure or maybe they're just not...
Read moreThis is from an UberEATS point of view and something that people who order UberEATS should think about. I walked in and there was no specified area for UberEATS. I had to wait in line like a regular customer. Once there, one of the cashier's decided to answer the phone that had just started ringing even though I had been in line for a while. I explained I was UberEATS so that she knew I was losing money as I was waiting. She didn't care. She told me to wait for the other cashier who was still helping other customers. When I finally got to the front, the order was not ready and the cashier handed me the cup and told me the customer asked for a Coke. I explained that I am the delivery driver and not the person who is supposed to prepare the order. I tried to explain that she doesn't even know where my hands have been and that should be a health safety issue. Her attitude was terrible and she told me to cancel the order if I was going to refuse to make the drink. This issue alone, I will never be going to this Wingstop even though it is not far from my house. I lost a lot of time and money and the customer had to wait longer for their order since I canceled and walked away. The staff is...
