So I made an order couple of days ago and the pizza was truly amazing and then I also ordered wings. The wings came burnt, but the pizza was amazing. I was going to give this place a four star just because the pizza was pretty good but the issue is I was really busy that day to go return the wings so I ended up just throwing them out as they were burnt Today I want to go get two more pies but obviously no wings. The issue is I decided to tell them and show them the picture as posted you would expect something like OK let’s give this guy a little discount or at least empathy but the guy in the front said “OH OK” and he walks away Well, it’s not about the money here or about the wings. It’s more about like I don’t care so sad. That’s such great pizza can be not so great anymore. My first time ordering from here. My colleagues stated it was a good place to try so I did. Now I regret it. I odered on door dash. I received the wrong order. I called in to inform them. I spoke to the person who said he was the manager. He took my order again and I was okay with that even willing to pay. I provided the address and my name and phone. After waiting an hour I called back to find out what happened to my order. The delivery guy delivered to the wrong business. I asked how could you give it to a guy when I’m a woman that placed the order. He’s like well he gave it to a guy and he paid for it. All the manager kept saying is sorry. He didn’t try to resolve the issue or even say “Hey. Sorry about that I’ll send it out again.” I was even willing to pay. I asked for the manager then he stated I am the manager.
