If I could give them 0 stars I would. Today, I got some food delivered. When I opened the container a LIVE bug crawled out, so I immediately called back. They woman answering the phone began to act like there isn't a problem and couldn't issue me a refund. I called again she hung up. I called again, she left the phone lying there while she talked and laughed with a coworker. The 4th time I called the phone went to the tone as if the phone lines had been unplugged. I called off another number, same thing. I saved the food. When I got off of work, I drove over to the business. For 3 years I have not bought from this place and it always boils down to the same person the women you can hardly understand at lunch time..she states to me today when I even tried to order that my card is declined I have no money she says barely audible.. (way to keep customers)When I have over a Grand in there and 2 grand in my saving.... Been ordering from here for years and never had a problem. Then, one night I made an order and paid with my credit card. The woman on the phone said that the driver would have to "copy" my card when he brought the delivery. Of course I wasn't comfortable with this because who knows who will have my card info. She very quickly told me my order was canceled and never thought twice of her inappropriate request or rudeness to cancel my order even after charging my card. Supposedly I will see my refund in 3...
