The store was clean. There was a line to order any food. Yes this store has 4 kiosks but there was a line waiting for orders. I put in my order and processed to pay at the register. Once I reached the register I put down my 4 bags of Doritos and I showed the cashier the ticket order #071. She tried to scan the ticket. She asked if I scanned the ticket someone where else which I didn’t. She hand typed my order in and even scanned my phone for $2 off my subs. I didn’t pay attention to her actions or why she said what she said). Once I paid she handed me my receipt 🧾 and said this is your proof that you paid. So I went to stand in line again waiting for my order to be called for pickup. I saw my order being made so I was just waiting to be called next. The associate said, “ #71 your order is ready once you have paid at the cashier.” I proceeded to the pick up location and the associate said you have to pay for it at the cashier. I told her I paid and here is my receipt 🧾. She looked kind of confused while she looked at her computer but kind of slowly slide my food to me. Read moreGranted I know it's early. I orded my food at 4:40am. It was just me standing in the pick up section and 1 employee brewing coffee for the containers to set up for the am shift. At 5:10 more customers came in and ordered their food. It's the simple fact I watched 3 employees look at me standing there and no one even asked if i was helped or anything. While placing my order as always I did hear the beep so I know my order went through. Simple fact I was the only customer in the store for about 10mins before others walked in. I literally went back to the front cashier at 5:13 to ask for a refund because at this point I was disgusted with the customer service from all who worked behind the counter. I have been multiple times to Wawa and let me just stating facts that this woman is no happy smile or willing to help customers. I would recommend Wawa definitely looking into new management because that is not a face to see every day.
