Management is about representation of the brand. Good managers are active listeners and problem solvers which Ashley and Beyoncé know nothing about.

Rude behavior and poor body language is not a sign of good leadership or good customer service experience. How can the rest of your staff learn how to treat customers who support the business if the leadership doesn’t demonstrate proper conduct towards the community it serves.

I want go into details about my poor experience with Ashely and Beyoncé. However I do expect to hear back from upper management.
