Sarku Japan — Restaurant in North Lauderdale

Place my order with Uber eats, go to pick up the order finding that the address is not the actual location. I get to the location give my order number and my name they give me the wrong order twice finally told him if they don’t get it right quickly I’m leaving and will ask for a refund. The lady then find the order gives it to me I check it I am looking for the missing sauces so I ask for them the lady has the audacity to start complaining about a $.25 sauce that I asked for in writing and I placed a $50 order not ordering from this...

This is a terrible restaurant. I have had bad service in the past but today I thought I try it again in case they were having a bad day and it was busy. Today, I got even a worse service. The restaurant was empty and no one greeted nor offer to hep me with an order. I placed my order on the kiosk and sat down. The girl behind the counter said my food was ready and pointed to the open containers on top of the counter. So I don’t get any customer service at all. Top notch service with a smile coupled with great portions & prices. I've been to a few other Sarku locations before, but this is hands down one of the best. Not only are you greeted with a smile, but the generous portions of healthy, tasty food for the price can't be beat.
