I’m a foodie, so when I first learned about Ease Supper Club, I knew it was something I wanted to try. The only problem? I’m an introvert. The idea of sharing a meal with strangers and making small talk honestly made me back out but I kept receiving their event emails and couldn’t help but stay curious.
The Asia Street Food event really caught my attention, so I reached out to Erika. I asked a few questions and admitted my hesitation. Her response was so genuine and kind that I bought a ticket. Later, she invited me as a guest to the Oyster Bar event. At first, I declined (because I don’t eat oysters), but she reassured me there would be other seafood too so I accepted. The day of the event, I almost talked myself out of going again because of work stress. I’m so glad I didn’t.

This experience pulled me completely out of my comfort zone and I loved every minute of it. For someone who usually just goes to work and goes home, this was a...

Read moreI cannot say enough good things about Ease Bistro. It has set a new bar for dining experience in Central Arkansas. We started with the lemon ricotta, which was divine, and “world’s best hummus” which lived up to its name. Then the Istanbul, the Poulet, and the Le Sud Salad were sublime. Service was outstanding and the atmosphere was cozy, quaint, and energetic without being loud. Wine list was reasonably priced and good. 10/10...
