this is the 3rd bad experiences i’ve had in over a year. First one i was getting off work and hadn’t eaten all day and it was 10:27pm so not much was opened so i decided to just go to mcdonald’s because it’s close to were i was staying at the time and even though there was about 7 employees in there (with liquor bottles in their hands) and many kids running in and out of the building with no shoes on they said they were closed. At 10:27pm??? even though online said 11pm and there was a lot of people in the lobby that looked like they were having an actual party. The second time i asked for breakfast burritos they said they were out, then i said ok what about hash brown they were out of thoses too, i asked about a Frappuccino and of course they were out of that too. Then this last time which was today i went and paid with my credit card and the girl who took my credit card literally took a picture of my credit card in front of me!! Like straight up not even trying to hide it or nothing and then tried to pull the whole of we’re out of receipt paper I need to go in the back i was like hahaha no thanks. i’ve tried many many times to call their district manager that’s posted on their window and left a voicemail and i’ve tried to receive out to other managers and i never get anyone. and i know that sounds so kareny but when you mess with my credit card???? yeah no that’s when i have the right to be a karen!!! i already canceled that card so she won’t be getting very far and i got a picture of her but without someone in the company doing anything they’re just going to continue to steal peoples...
Read moreI went through the drive thru today. Initially, I thought this shouldn't take long because I had already placed my mobile orders. I pulled into the outer lane only to be told to hold and ignored. Cars that were in the inside pulled up after me only to have their orders placed before mine. When I got to the first window, Carina completely ignored me. She continued taking the order of a person who was two cars behind me. I waited for approximately three minutes at the window. Not one time did she acknowledge me. To add insult to injury, she picked up her phone and began texting! THEN SHE WALKED OFF! FRUSTRATED! I pulled up to the next window to be greeted by the one of the friendliest people there, Leslie. Leslie personified excellent customer service. She smiled, apologized for my experience, and promptly completed my order. As for Carina, her attitude and customer service was liquid garbage. If she does not like her job, by all means GET ANOTHER ONE! Although I doubt she will be successful with her work ethic and attitude. I tried to call to voice my concern, but no one answered! My rating is low because of experience with Carina. Leslie should be acknowledged and rewarded for her...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had. The lady that took my order and payment was the only person I interacted with that was nice and very pleasant. When I got to the second window they did not know what my order was, he was very short with me and just tried to rush me out of the window, and then when he gave me our food we were missing two sandwiches and the dipping sauce even after we asked for the sauce he said it was in the bag. We pulled around and they told us they would bring out our slushies that they missed as well. They brought them out but when we were telling her that we were missing sandwiches and sauce she took our receipt to get the food right and walked off while I was still talking to her. We waited for over 10 mins and my sister had to go in to get the sandwiches and she had to wait an additional 10 mins b4 anyone talked to her. Then they walked up to the sandwich warmer and put the sandwiches in the bag that had been sitting on the warmer for probably 20 mins. And the girl that took our receipt saw my sister and did not acknowledge her or give back...
