Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in North Little Rock

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! Unless you want mold in your bottled drinks or food, do not get your breakfast items from here. I went to the drive thru on my way to work this morning and ordered an orange juice. When I got to work I shook up my orange juice, opened it, and proceeded to take a sip. After I took a small sip, I noticed something at the rim of the bottle. I looked and it was MOLD!!! I then went back to the establishment and explained the situation and that I was not happy at all. I ask the manager if I was able to get compensated for it with a refund and she dodged the question multiple times. Rather than apologizing and giving me a refund, she proceeded to tell me how I need contact Hiland Dairy Company to complain. I then told her my issue is not with hiland, it’s with you all because this is where I purchased it. She then proceeded to scream at me as if I was the problem. I ask one last time if I was going to get a refund and she finally gave it to me in cash (my original payment). I then ask her if she was going to check the other drinks and she said no. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! Will NEVER purchase from there again. Not clean...

VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I used the restroom before placing an order. After using the restroom, I realized that they didn't have what I wanted, so I told the cashier that I wasn't going to order anything. The cashier/employee became upset. She told me that I used her restroom and should order something (although they didn't have what I wanted) because they don't have a public restroom. I told her that she was being very rude, and I won't be back. She then stated that she hopes I didn't stink up her bathroom. This was my first visit and last visit. Also, many times they can make a custom donut request if they have the items. They almost always throw in some bonus donut holes for large orders!!

Almost all Shipley's I visit have great customer service, but this location in particular excels in all areas of quality: customer service, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and just about any other box you want to check!
