Firehouse Subs Maumelle — Restaurant in North Little Rock

I'm not sure where to start. The crew that was working the closing shift tonight can't really be described in words. The young lady was ok..she was trying to keep everything moving...but the boys...yes I mean BOYS..were a joke. The kid at the register kept his ear buds in his ears and obviously missed what we were trying to tell him when placing our order because we had to do a second transaction just to get our order right... The other kid with dreads needs to be FIRED!!! Even my daughter could pick up on his absolute rude behavior. I will say we came in 20mins before closing...but the way this dude was staring people down that came in the store with absolute attitude and hatred made my daughter so uncomfortable she begged for us to just leave. The customer before us demanded his money back after this kid wants to argue with him about the fact that he screwed his order up. Then a man who walked in after us stood at the register waiting to be helped while this kid just stood there staring him down. Ear bud kid had to come take his order while trying to perform closing duties. This kid even had the audacity to stare my husband and myself down for simply just standing and waiting for our food. We will NEVER step foot in this store again and I will be sure to let others know to steer clear. I get that you can have a bad night but you suck it up and stay professional.....you NEVER try to intimidate a customer. If you keep people like this on your staff...your store will quickly find it's way to being closed. Do yourself a favor and review...

Ordered on line. When I went to pick up order about 6pm, door was locked and lights were off, although “Open” sing in window was on. Waited about five minutes before giving up. Gave feed back to Firehouse corporate and also called store later. Owner was not there but I left message about issue and phone number. An employee told me they had been having problems with night shift locking the door and not answering. Have contacted Firehouse corporate three times and not heard from owner. If ordering at night, apparently be ready for the door to be locked. We used to order from this location very regularly. Food was always good as was service. I have not gone back since my order was not filled and issue not resolved.

UPDATE: still not resolved. Firehouse sent an email suggesting to “reescalate” on the account on which the order was placed (order was placed under a different account than mine). The feedback and request for refund was originally made on the account on which the order was placed, so it seems like Firehouse is trying to send me in a circle while trying to placate with words and not really trying to solve the issue. Additionally, the owner failed to respond to Better Business Bureau regarding my request for refund or store credit. Looks like customers and customer service aren’t really that important to Firehouse or the store owner. I enjoyed Firehouse for more than a decade but they have lost a once...

This was my first time at this location I have never been here before. I walked in and there were two women and a man working behind the counter and no one said anything to me so I stood there and waited the line was long I decided to ask if they were taking orders. One of the women in line told me they were behind on catering orders. Then I decided to ask the girl behind the counter if they were taking orders and she said they were behind on their catering orders and said with an attitude that if I was listening to her when she talked to the other woman in line I would have known that. But her conversation with the woman in line wasn’t out loud so how was I supposed to know. I ended up wasting 15mins and no one greeted me nor said it will be a moment. I don’t know where the manager was but I left out the door and could hear the associate behind the counter say something smart as I left. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take 3 people to do a catering order when you have 5 customers trying to place an order and not being acknowledged or helped. This was the worst location of firehouse sub, and the most disrespectful I’ve ever been to. I will not be back and I will make sure no one else comes back that ask about a firehouse sub in Maumelle AR/ North Little...
