I purchased a very expensive glass dining table in June 2020. The table finally came two weeks ago, September of 2020 and it sustained two scratches within the first week of using it. I called the store and no one called back. I then emailed the sales associate and got nowhere. I finally spoke to a manager who sent the technical department to inspect table a week later. After calling and showing up to the store in person demanding an answer, I finally got a phone call today telling me they are doing nothing for me because table did not come scratched. I explained I know this- the point is that they should not sell a table that can scratch from normal usage within one week of receipt. I am demanding they replace the glass tip with another material or refund me for the table. Horrible customer service, no sense of urgency on their end at all. Do not shop...
