Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

The service is absolutely horrible! They did my coffee using the wrong milk I told them I can’t drink regular milk I clearly ordered oat milk, they try to resist on me to do a new coffee looking at me on a very nasty way and getting annoyed to do another coffee for me when it was their Mistake! The woman on the desk saying I never said oat milk when I said it two times I always make sure and the other one making coffees giving her opinion and giving me a very bad look when she was not even part of the conversation and didn’t know if I ordered correctly or not she assumes is my mistakes since she is so lazy to do a second one, and starts mocking about me when she talk to the other woman .When she does the second coffee for me she barely puts coffee, mix cups and give me whatever together with the worst look ever! I had obviously to throw away this coffee that couldn’t even be named as that. They act like they making me a favor to make my coffee the way I ordered....

I went there to get breakfast , But I waited on line for twenty minutes and when finally someone acknowledged me she got everything wrong the snack bacon was cold and crumble I brought it back and she said oh well and gave it back than the ice caramel latte that comes with whip cream she says it’s now an extra 1.25 for whip cream I said o never pay for it I thought it comes with it . Than she game me bagels that were not cut and the donuts were all wrong . I will never go back to this DD The customer service was horrible and the Snack Bacon was so cold an old if I ate it I probably would’ve got sick from cold grease.So I would definitely not recommend this DD unless they change there...

The staff is rude, bordering on ignorant. A $6.oo purchase became $8.31. It took 20 minutes for the cashier to figure out the math on her phone. I offered to pay with exact amount. Cashier insisted on making change from her tip jar. The change was incorrect once again. I asked for my ten back, cashier, said.. I can't open my drawer. No munckins, incorrect change, and I can't get my money and just leave. I didn't get the young man's name.. He needs an attitude check, he could have helped...
