Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Miami

the cashier when you order through the Drive thru, they never understand you or hear you well!!! and since they don't understand or don't hear well, you approach the window and ask to add more things to the order, si they tell you that you can't add more things to your order!!! even though you haven't paid yet and they tell you that you have to get back in line!!! and there are always more than five cars for you to get back in line!!! but it's not fair because if they don't understand what you want because of the noise of the car, because of the noise on the street, I really don't understand why you have to make us go back in line again????? Please correct this because this shouldn't be like this!!?? This is mistreatment of the consumer of your product that when someone is happy and wants to eat something, we go to buy your food and you make them feel bad because you don't understand or hear what they don't even want!! and you have to get back in line???? Seriously, it makes you lose your desire and you leave and don't buy anything. It's bad service. Please...

I ordered 2 chicken flatbreads, a small drink and a cheese roll. When I went through the drive thru they handed me a bag with the drink. When I left the drive thru that's when I realized that 1 of my flatbreads were missing. I returned to the drive thru and explained what happened. When I drove up to the window they gave me one bag with a chicken flatbread that has hot Fritos and rice, which is not what I ordered. When I drove off , a worker immediately called me back to the window. They handed me a cheese roll with potatoes and beef that wasn't even in a bag. They called me back to the window to give me something that I never ordered, which basically means that they messed up my order twice in less than 30 minutes. I would not come back here nor recommend this location to no one. This location is very unorganized and ALWAYS has New workers (they can never keep anyone here). I been coming hear for more than 10 years and I never had a problem like...

At this particular location .. the service was horrible... they took our order at the counter . The order consisted of Pizza Hut & Taco Bell items it took them almost 30 minutes to notice that our order had not been completed. Then the manager was making all excuses...refunded the money and not even offer to give something on the house due to the fact that we had small children that were waiting all this time for the food.! Never again .. This Taco Bell located on NW 57th Ave south of the Palmetto expressway....the Manager needs to be trained that the guest inside the establishment need to be taken care of immediately...and have the employees divided in able to get the orders out accordingly... 2 team members for the drive thru & 2 for the lobby not including the person taking the orders.
