Arby's — Restaurant in North Ogden

October 2023 update Been to this location several times since my initial review. It's definitely better than it was when it first opened. Wait times are lower (but still much too long), food is hotter, and most employees are better at asking what sauces you want instead of just handing you a bag of sandwiches with no sauce (though some employees still don't ask what sauces you want, or how many you want).

It's much-improved, but there's still room for improvement (slow service speed, and some employees not asking what sauces you want). Lots of improvement. Keep it up!

I have been here twice. The first time was excellent - food came out quick, was hot, and they actually gave me LOTS of sauce (like I asked for).

The second time, the food still came out quick, but it was barely lukewarm. My request for LOTS of sauce was met with 4 sauce packets (for two half pound sandwiches). It's not like the sauce is expensive - if I ask for lots of sauce, give me a good handful of each!

Definitely happy to have an Arby's in my city, but hopefully this location's owner is paying attention to these reviews to step...

First, it's freezing in this store. My kids r shivering and I'm about there. Second, I wish the lobby had a timer to serve like the drive thru does. They were not concerned about the lobby one bit. It took about 10 mins to be acknowledged then 5 more for someone to take my order. Then it took about 20 mins to get my food that was sitting in the window ready. I watched a couple come in and wait to order. They finally got acknowledged around the time I was taking my last 2 bites of my BNC. They came in about 5 minutes before I got my food. They lucked out and go their food pretty quick. But our food was cold from sitting there so long. We always hit the drive thru so this was a treat for my kids to go in and sit down. The male staff was friendly, the woman scuzzed us off. My kids and I have now come up with a code word for when we r getting bad service. me and my grandfather came here because he was excited to try the burger. we got here and waited over 4 minutes to have our order taken when we were the only people inside. the only reason they took our order is because i got their attention and asked them to take our order. we got our food and i was kind of disappointed. the fries were good. the burgers, not so much. my burger was not warm. i got a bacon ranch burger and there was hardly any ranch and more lettuce than there was burger. after i took some off and added ketchup, it was a little better. i wanted to ask for another cup of cheese sauce so i went up to ask. i waited another 3 minutes for someone to notice me while it showed they had no current orders to be working on. as i was writing this review, another customer had a problem with their order. they didn’t receive a drink and two of their fries. this place is honestly not very...
