Wendy's — Restaurant in North Ogden

I don’t typically leave reviews, and I never come late at night because I hate putting workers into stress at servicing late at night. But I did because i wanted a small meal after a family outing. The person who gave us our order was so beyond rude. Slammed the door in our face and didn’t even acknowledge the thanks yous and have a good night my dad, mom and I gave. I noticed they gave me the wrong nuggets. I asked for regular and got spicy. So we went back. Waited 30 minutes and gave up. They refused to take anyone’s order. I checked the Google time and they didn’t close for another good while. I know it’s hard to work late nights, which is why my family and I are always so nice to them. But between the wrong food (which is a reoccurring problem I see people posting about), the attitude and the burnt fries, I’m fed up with this place. Absolute worst experience as someone who has worked food before. I feel bad for the 3 other cars that sat there for 30+ minutes with absolutely no reply because they felt I guess; that it was in their right to not take orders at that time when GOOGLE says you’re open!!! I pulled up to the drive through late at night around 11 pm. I was greeted by an unpleasant employee who rushed me into making order. She was rude and sassy about my order. When I asked for French toasts sticks she seemed dumb founded that I would ask such a question. Not knowing the French toast was only served in the morning. I preceded to order the rest of my food and went to the first window. When I got to the window I said hi as a friendly gesture and got a blank stare. She then came to the window and didn’t say hi or greet me in anyway. She then informed me that she was out of sprite. She also said that they already cleaned the frosty machine and refused service. I was very upset by this so I calmly told her we would just go to McDonald’s. She proceed to give me an attitude and slam the window in my face. If you are ever thinking of going to the north Ogden Wendy’s think again.Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Absolutely absurd. Workers are brazen, no food available....

My son received a pic of a frosty to color and exchange for a free frosty ( from school) . He spent a good long while trying his very best, and was so excited to go and exchange it for a frosty. The lady at the front was so rude!! We were the only ones in the establishment. He proudly showed his picture to her. The employee with no smile or enthusiasm said nothing just snatched it from his hands., and threw it to the side! And then said to me- you getting anything else. I said yes, but he is most excited about the picture. She glared at me as I ordered. I should have walked out but didn’t want to make a big deal about it- trying to enjoy the moment….this person wasn’t a teenager. I didn’t expect a big production for my kindergartner by any means. But my goodness a little kindness goes a long way! We won’t me back… and to all those other kids -keep your frosty picture and go get a custard...
