Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Olmsted

Was there like 20 mins ago . Order , well tryed to order a extramost bestest cheese pizza for 7.79 all I wanted thou was it to have lite sauce .I then order crazy puffs for 3.99 and 2 dips 2/1.00 .For a grand total of 13 bucks ,right ? So to say the lesser, I was shocked when he come back with a total of 24.99 ( thought maybe he accidentally misheard me thought I wanted 2 or 3 of the extra best pizza . Nope , instead of asking anyone if they knew how to put lite sauce on there thou the computer or better yet just tell the back of the house that that pizza needed lite sauce on it . He took it on himself to tell me the only way to do lite sauce was to customize it and he was then trying to charge me 19 dollars for 1 cheese pizza with lite sauce . Please tell me where in the heck that makes any sense . I’m literally just asking for lite sauce and just to make matters worse when I question him about it . He gave me this look like I was being a Karen , ( I did, no such thing didn’t even raise my voice , I work in a restaurant I would never ever act like a Karen in one ) he half laughed and half smiled like hahah lady . So I just change my order to a regular cheese pizza with lite sauce cause I know you can do that thou the app without it being more , so he shouldn’t have a problem doing that right ? Nope got a cheese pizza with freaking extra sauce on there so at that point , I have to believe , it must have been intentional . Not good business practice and it seems unethical for employee to try to charge almost triple for a pizza when the customer only wanted...

We have been coming to this location for years. Usually never have any problems. Today however was totally different. I think most of the staff in there this evening were new, I have never seen any of them working there before. Ordered 2 pizzas online. Picked up drove home and when I opened the box, the one pizza did not have any cheese or pepperoni on the whole middle of the pizza. The pizza was hard and inedible. I called the store for the first time in many years of going there, to complain about it and see if they would give me a new pizza. The woman on the phone was rude and stated that if I take the pizza back, and she determines there is cheese on it and nothing is wrong with it, then she would not exchange the pizza. We took the pizza back, the woman acting as manager at the time, made a new one reluctantly and was completely rude the entire time! Eye rolling and constant attitude. When asked if the pizza looked better than the one we brought back, she stated there was nothing wrong with the first one.... Also proceeding to say hope you don't come back ever! I have never seen this woman in the store before, if I had, I would've stopped coming here a long time ago. You need to get your crew's attitudes together. She will cause you to lose business, because you have certainly lost mine! Date of service...

Worst pizza and pizza puffs I have ever eaten! THEY ARE GETTING CHEAP ON THE DOUGH IT IS WAY TOO THIN AND ALSO NOT COOKED!!! DOUGH TASTES RAW AND I GOT SICK 🤢!! I am a long time customer, I usually go in during the week not too many complaints it’s been good! So I decide to go on a Saturday notice some older lady with black hair that I never seen before. She’s not friendly at all!! I asked for fresh puffs ( she kinda has a attitude ) and I also got a pizza. OMG! The pizza was literally drenched in grease like soaking through the box! And the puffs were not fresh! When I called she tried to tell me they were and when I called her out on it she’s like “ ok have a nice day “ and hangs up! Never offered to replace anything! First off don’t lie and say stuff is fresh when you know it’s not! We’re not stupid! This woman does not know how to cook anything and drenches every thing in grease! You will lose business because of her because nobody is going to want to eat A BOX OF GREASE!
