Booked with an artist named Jaia who seems to do great work but lacks basic organizational and professional skills. This was my experience with this artist specifically as I have never encountered any other artists at this location.

My first appointment with her at her old location she failed to let me know she wouldn’t be coming (I showed up at my appt time) and another artist did my tattoo for $10-20 cheaper. 2nd appt she failed to inform me that she relocated and apparently I was supposed to be following her social media activity to know this. There was a snow storm and she was unwilling to accommodate a new appointment date despite previous service failures. None of her policies are included on her booking site, including a double deposit to reschedule (I was expected to pay $100 total to come the following weekend) I really wanted to give this artist a 2nd chance as a fellow young professional. I hope someone else has a more positive experience when booking with her! I will be finding...

Mason did a wonderful job on my snail tattoo! I’m obsessed with it and can’t wait to get it colored in a few weeks ^.^ He was so professional and considerate throughout the entire process and is just a joy to be around.
