QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in North Olmsted

I was STOKED for this to open. I’ve had qdoba before in the past amd always bragged about it being better than Chipotle. The pulled pork was ALWAYS my go-to but the changed the recipe and it’s soooo dry. I spend about $37 and they didn’t have any toppings left…There was still an hour left so I decided to give them another chance today and still no toppings and no back ups of food. —-I went in earlier around 630 this time because maybe they just ran out last time since it was closer to closing time & probably didn’t want to waste food. But same issue today; no toppings, dry meat and their chicken tasted like fish. I spent another $37 today but it’s just sadly not the same. Probably won’t be coming back to this location 😢😢 also, why is it that it looked OVERstaffed and employees are just walking around on their phones when there’s so much to do. This is coming from a previous kitchen manager. Anyway, I know yall can do better. I’ll come back in a few months to give them another try. —————Please bring back the old pulled pork...

I was here for the grand opening celebration. The food and service by the staff were great. However, the store is entirely too small. Who ever designed this store needs to have their architect license revoked. Who designs a restaurant with only 3 booths?

During the event, there was a larger gentleman and middle age woman hovering around. They must have been owners or upper management. I love the quality of qdoba!
