Brooklyn Water Bagel North Palm Beach — Restaurant in North Palm Beach

I come to the different locations of this bagel store daily. My regulars are Delray and Palm beach gardens. I have tried the new store a few times now as I live the closest to this location. This morning I am appalled by the service and cleanliness. When I ordered a large iced coffee, I was given a small. I asked for no ice…and dark roast(as this location doesn’t give you the option to make your own coffee with the flavors) and watched as the cashier who just handled my cash, dumped the small coffee WITH ICE into a bigger cup, didn’t add any more coffee and hand it to me. The icing on the cake was when she licked her fingers of the dripping coffee before handing me my cup. Moving on, no straws. I take a sip, and it’s awful. The most watered down coffee I’ve ever had. The creamer station was a mess, trash everywhere. I gave up, returned the coffee to the manager and requested my money back, when she said” you know we are the best location”. LMAO. You lost my buisness for good Brooklyn. MAKE...

I’m so glad to have discovered the newer Brooklyn Water Bagel location in North Palm Beach. From the moment you walk in, you notice how absolutely spotless the place is; not just clean, but genuinely fresh-smelling and well-kept. That alone already sets the tone for a great experience.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making each visit feel personal and pleasant. The food is always prepared fresh, and despite that, it’s ready very quickly, which is perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch stop.

This location is a great addition to the area, and I find myself stopping in often for a quick grab-and-go bagel sandwich. My go-to order: an everything bagel toasted with egg whites and Swiss, paired with a large Cubesta iced coffee; always hits the spot!

My husband and I were traveling to Jupiter, we stopped in at Brooklyn water bagel for lunch. The service was amazing, the restaurant was super clean. My husband had a turkey sandwich. It was fresh and stacked high with fresh lettuce and tomato. It was a meal deal that came with chips and a drink. I had a fresh bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee made with coffee iced cubes!
