No. 1 - They took over 15 min. to cook and prepare 2 egg sandwiches. Which in theory should be fairly quick to do. I understand they are busy and understaffed during the morning time frame. But that's more of thier problem and not mine. They should probably staff during high peak times.
No. 2 - They messed up my order that took a long time to prepare. It was a completely different order. This I think can be attributed to lack of organization and a hectic system for taking orders.
No. 3 - The food is not bad (when they get it right) Can't say that it's not.
No. 4 - They have changed owners seems like 3 or 4 times over the past few years. Honestly the previous (Mr G's ? Or whatever the name used to be) was vastly better and more efficient.
Final verdict: 2 (two) 🌟 🌟 Stars .. I didn't like the experience here. Very disappointed, I really wanted to like this place. They have changed. They are not the same location I was once knew. I don't plan on coming back. There are other options nearby, I would suggest going elsewhere instead...
Read moreI have try this place for the second time this week give it the benefit of the doubt but today was the worse. I clearly order a western omelette on white toast with salt, pepper and butter. Last time i added bacon strips. They put it in the sandwich with no but and put the salt and pepper on the toast not in the egg. Ok did not know that was a thing. I guess that was my fault. Today I clearly spelled it out I wants a western omelette on white toast with butter on the toast salt and pepper in the eggs with bacon strip on the sandwich. The guy asked you want to bacon on a roll? No on the western omelette sandwich. I get a western omelette platter with white bread that has salt and pepper on the bread and no bacon. Then try to make me wait long so they can make the bacon. I told them if I want to make the sandwich myself I would not have come here. This is ridiculous I will no longer go to this place ask the clear do not care about what their customers ask...
