Godfather's Pizza North Platte — Restaurant in North Platte

We pre-ordered take out from here on July 2 (several hours early) since we were going to be driving through on a road trip. When we got there, they hadn't even started making our order, saying they were sorry but they were backed up because of a large order they had. Since it was going to be another 25 to 30 minutes to get our food and we had to continue our trip, we went ahead and cancelled our order. We had originally prepaid for it, but the manager said she voided the order and even gave us a voided receipt. BUT, we still got charged for it and no refund has come across. Now they won't respond to us to get this resolved. I guess we'll never order from here again even though we drive through frequently. Super...
