No Dunkin you will not be removing bad reviews from actual customers who received bad service. I posted a review of this location a while back and at the time this location had overwhelming negative reviews I believe they had a 2.5 star rating. Suddenly this location only has positive stars and only ones from a few months. This location opened around late 2015. The service I received was terrible on multiple visits I stand by my original reviews and will continue to repost them. My original review was i ordered 2 iced teas through the drive thru the first taste was overwhelming coffee tasting. It seemed as if someone ran coffee through the same system. I've had this happen at other places before so it must be something easy to do. I went in and told them the problem. The girl at the register did seem to show some concern but seemed to be more confused than anything. I said this has happened other places and it wasn't a big deal but I didn't want coffee tea. The other girl that was working the drive thru came over and was very defensive I JUST MADE IT she snapped. My problem wasn't when it was made it was how it tasted. I told her ok but it still tastes like coffee. She said we can give you another one but its going to be the same. She did and she was right it was the same. Meaning maybe make new tea. When I said it was the same she said well I don't know what to tell you. This is how this location feels about there customers. Another incident we brought our kids in it was earlyish maybe 9 or so and they had very little Donuts mostly flavors that were not popular but even those were very picked over from what I can remember I would say they has roughly 20 total and most were a coffee flavored donut. The kid, and I say kid because he was clearly just of working age, had no personality and was clearly annoyed by all the customers that where there. They has something that looked like a Cinnamon roll. My daughter asked for the Cinnamon roll. He looked at is and said you mean you want that coffee roll. We asked does it taste like coffee. He closed his eyes and with a disgusted look he shook his head yes. Nothing was labeled so how would anyone know what it was. We watched him while we sat there and people kept coming up and couldn't believe that Dunkin DONUTS had no Donuts. Someone asked are they going to make more and he just shrugged. This was the face of this store a truly uncaring in any way teenager. It's obvious that the management of this location doesn't want a successful business. I was never contacted about my review. It was never commented on by management. And I do check my reviews. It was simply removed along with the other negative ones. Game on sumpter Dunkin I'll be watching. FYI Starbucks is 3 miles down the road...

This time I felt compelled to share because it was justā¦. just unbelievable really. The first thing that happened was my order was incorrect. I asked for 2 particular items, but when the order came up only 1 was there. Before I even walked back to the table, I needed to let staff know that 1 was missing or if I wasnāt charged for it, I need another. āExcuse me maamā at the girl standing right in front of me. No response. So I said it again⦠absolutely NO acknowledgement. When I finally said āExcuse meā, instead of saying āIāll be right with youā or ājust one momentā, I received the rudest finger, you know the the one where you put your index finger up like āš»and then used the same finger to point at the donut box in front of her. Ohā¦ā¦it made me so mad! When she was finally done doing whatever, she looked at me expecting me to just speak. I told her I wasnāt sure what happened but i only have 1 of the 2 items i ordered. āThatās because you only paid for ONEā- sheās lucky- thatās all I gotta say. I ended up having to go pay for the one that wasnāt rang up properly and that was the end of it, so I thought. The last item came up, I grabbed the bag and made my way outside. Realizing I had the wrong lid for my drinks, I went back inside and asked for the flat lids instead of the bubble lids. The one clerk was having a personal conversation with the other clerk when I walked up- it took them a good 10 seconds to acknowledge me and when I said what I needed, they continued their conversation as she slowly walked to the lid area more interested in her conversation with the other employee than giving me what i needed. I will not be coming back. Itās almost worth paying the extra 2$ to go to Starbucks where they actually get the order right, treat you with kindness and professionalism, and know their manners. I would be stupid to think yāall even care about this review bc you didnāt even care when I was giving you my hard earned $$ but I hope that someone who was thinking about going here sees it and THEY care.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, especially if your day is affected by rude staff or you want your item made a certain way. Chances are they are out...

Not only is the line HORRENDOUS every single day, this location can hardly get our order right. We come to this location as frequent customers but that will soon be coming to an end. I order the same drink every time, a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea (light green tea) and a bagel with cream cheese. When receiving my order via drive thru, the drink that was handed to me was absolutely watered down and there was NO cream cheese on my bagel. I pull around front to go inside to have my order corrected, which the staff proceeded to look at me like I had 5 heads. A young girl had the audacity to say " well when I make my refreshers I always add tons of flavor" with a snarky attitude. The lady at the register took my bagel, placed it on the counter where money is handled and proceeded to walk to the back. Thinking that she was correcting my order with a new bagel, she comes back to the front with a plastic knife and tries to smear a giant glob of cream cheese on my now already cold bagel. She copped an attitude, angrily crumpled the bagel in the bag and scoffed " I guess you're getting a new bagel". Not only is the customer service so poor, they NEVER have the most popular items in stock. How are you going to advertise a product and not have a back supply knowing it is one of the most if not THE most popular item on the menu. I have been trying to order a pumpkin spice muffin for I don't know how long now to which I have given up on at this point. This may have been a long review, but everything is true.
