Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in North Providence

I used to come here every single day last fall season for my caramel apple cider and I was shocked when I went to go and get my first one of the season this year to find out that it’s doubled in price!!! Last year I was paying anywhere from 3 to 4 dollars for it and this morning I was charged $8.36!!! When I asked the cashier why it was that price she seemed annoyed with me and then read out my receipt to me where I found that it has gone up 100% in price (and they charge extra for syrups now apparently). I understand that inflation is a thing but come on now this is really absurd and out of pocket. As a business how do you expect to have returning customers when prices increase by that much? On Sunday. 9/22/19, I stopped by this location. The wait in the drive thru was awful. The young man that takes orders apparently has no work ethic. I believe he said his name was Celay. There was no customers other than myself and another lady in the Drive thru. I mentioned to him the lack of service and his only comment was okay. WOW!

I then asked to speak with his manager and he said he wasn't in. I asked the managers name and he said he couldn't give it out. If this is their policy, I can understand why they never have clients at their store.

The owner is rude and doesn’t care about his customers and he said if you don’t like it, you can go to Dunkin’ Donuts so I suggest everyone just goes to Dunkin’ Donuts because he’s trying to charge you for things that he has no right to charge you for terrible customer service honestly he shouldn’t be in the business.
