LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED WHEN WE WENT OUT TO EAT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EASY, JUST DINNER AT A RESTAURANT. BUT BOY, IT TURNED INTO A BIG MESS! I'M STILL REALLY MAD JUST THINKING ABOUT IT. ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A RESTAURANT, HOPIN' TO HAVE A NICE DINNER. BUT THINGS WENT DOWNHILL FAST! WE SAT DOWN AND ORDERED FOOD RIGHT AWAY. WE WERE HUNGRY AND WANTED TO EAT SOON. WE ORDERD FOR 3 KIDS (PASTA AND CHICKEN CUTLETS) AND 2 ADULT MEALS (PASTA/CUTLET AND STUFFED CHICKEN WITH MASHED), THINKIN' IT WOULD BE EASY. BOY, WERE WE WRONG! UNFORTUNATELY, THE UNIVERSE HAD OTHER PLANS FOR US. AS THE MINUTES STRETCHED INTO ETERNITY, OUR PATIENCE WORE THIN. FORTY-FIVE AGONIZING MINUTES PASSED, AND OUR CHILDREN, TWO OF THEM GROWING INCREASINGLY RESTLESS AND VOCAL ABOUT THEIR HUNGER, WHILE THE THIRD, BLESS HER HEART, COULD ONLY EXPRESS HER DISCOMFORT THROUGH HER SILENCE DUE TO HER CONDITION (AUTISTIC AND RETT SYNDROME) IN A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO APPEASE THEIR GROWLING STOMACHS, WE RESORTED TO BREAD, HOPING IT WOULD QUELL THEIR HUNGER UNTIL OUR MEALS ARRIVED. FINALLY, AFTER WHAT FELT LIKE AN ETERNITY, OUR WAITRESS WENT OVER TO OUR TABLE WITH ALL THE CHARM OF A WET SOCK AND DROPPED THE BOMBSHELL: "IT'S NOT MY FAULT, WE'RE SHORT-STAFFED," SHE DECLARED, AS IF THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SOOTHE OUR FRAYED NERVES. NO APOLOGY, JUST A BLUNT EXCUSE. THE AUDACITY! ANOTHER EXCRUCIATING FIFTEEN MINUTES CRAWLED BY BEFORE MY WIFE MUSTERED THE COURAGE TO CONFRONT THE WAITRESS ABOUT THE ABSURD WAIT TIME. TO OUR DISBELIEF, THE WAITRESS HAD THE BOLDNESS TO DISPUTE OUR ACCOUNT OF TIME, INSISTING IT HAD ONLY BEEN AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. AS IF BEING OFF BY FIFTEEN MINUTES MADE OUR HUNGER ANY LESS VALID! THE NERVE!. BUT WAIT, IT GETS WORSE. JUST WHEN WE THOUGHT THINGS COULDN'T POSSIBLY DETERIORATE ANY FURTHER, THE WAITRESS DROPPED THE BOMBSHELL THAT THE COOK HAD LOST OUR TICKET. LOST IT! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? WITH BEDTIME LOOMING OVER US LIKE A DARK CLOUD, WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER. AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES PASS BEFORE WE FINALLY JUST GAVE THEM ONLY PASTAā¦ā¦FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER THEIR DESERT WAS CHICKEN CUTLET. AFTER ALL THIS MY WIFE AND I REFUSED TO PAY THE FULL BILL FOR THIS DEBACLE. BUT INSTEAD OF OWNING UP TO THEIR MISTAKES. AS IF OUR ORDEAL WASN'T BAD ENOUGH, WE WITNESSED OTHER PATRONS BEING SUBJECTED TO SIMILAR MISTREATMENT. COUPLES WHO ARRIVED AFTER US WERE SERVED AND FINISHED THEIR MEALS BEFORE WE EVEN GOT A GLIMPSE OF OURS. IT WAS A PARADE OF INCOMPETENCE AND DISREGARD FOR BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT IN AROUND THE SAME TIME, WALKED OUT AFTER 1:15 WHEN THEY WERENāT SERVED. I PRIDE MYSELF ON BEING A GENEROUS TIPPER, 30-35% FOR JUST AVERAGE SERVICE QUALITY. BUT THIS TIME, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I LEFT WITHOUT LEAVING A SINGLE CENT ON THE TABLE, EXACTLY WHAT SHE DESERVED. AND YOU KNOW WHAT? THE DISRESPECT DIDN'T END THERE. AS WE WERE LEAVING AND PUTTING THE KIDS IN THE CARS, THE WAITRESS OUT THE BACK DOOR HAD THE AUDACITY TO WISH US A "GREAT NIGHT" WITH THAT SAME CONTEMPTUOUS TONE SHE'D MAINTAINED ALL EVENING. BEING SOMEONE WHO AVOIDS CONFRONTATION, I RELUCTANTLY APPROACHED THE MANAGER TO VOICE OUR GRIEVANCES. BUT INSTEAD OF OFFERING A SINCERE APOLOGY, THE MANAGER'S FIRST QUESTION WAS WHETHER THE WAITRESS HAD APOLOGIZED. HOW ABOUT YOU START WITH SAID APOLOGYā¦.SERIOUSLY? TALK ABOUT MISPLACED PRIORITIES! IT WAS CLEAR THAT THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT WAS PLAGUED BY THE SAME ATTITUDE PROBLEM, FROM THE TOP DOWNā¦ā¦BUT WAIT THEREāS MORE. FROM WAY OUT BACK AS I AM LEAVING THE COOK WITH THE SAME CONTEMPTUOUS TONEā¦..HAVE A GREAT NIGHT. SO, TO THE WAITRESS AND THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT, HERE'S A TIP FOR YOU: 1-CHECK IN ON YOUR CUSTOMERS 2-DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE 3-AND FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT'S HOLY, APOLOGIZE SINCERELY AND OFTEN. YOUR ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING, AND UNTIL YOU FIX IT, DON'T EXPECT A SINGLE CENT FROM US EVER AGAIN. 4-THE MANAGER SHOULD APPROACH EVERY TABLE AND EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON....

From the moment we arrived, about 4pm when the restaurant was all but empty, the staff first made a spectacle of the fact we had 2 wheelchairs and required a highchair in our party of 10, even though we had called in advance to let them know. After listening to the staff discussing this at a loud volume, we patiently waited for a table to be cleared for us. We were finally seated where we waited between 5-10 minutes to be greeted by our waitress for drink orders, this took another 5-10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Upon our drinks arrival, the waitress was bickering openly with another waitress about not wanting to take a party because she switched sections to get out of there early, again we heard all this clearly because she was handing us our drinks as it was happening. She placed 2 full drinks with no kids directly in front of my 2 year old on the high chair, which we moved quickly. We ordered appetizers, and when those were delivered she forgot one. After appetizers our dinners took a very long time, probably 40 minutes to arrive, again the restaurant is basically empty. As she is handing out the food, she placed 2 meals again directly in front of my 2 year old, saying "be careful it's really hot!" Again we have to snatch the dishes up so he doesnt burn himself. She clearly forgot to order 2 yr olds meal, but said she would be right back, and again about 10-15 minutes pass. She brings it over "be careful it's really hot!" And AGAIN places it right in front of him. I was fuming angry. The food we had was less than mediocre. Her service was embarrassingly unprofessional. We paid our bill and left a generous tip, but refrained from writing a note on the spot. None of the party that attended tonight will ever return. Save your time...

Well today 1/27/2023 I called in two pizzas and I knew it was going to be wrong & they told me it would be an hour and I was okay with the hour but when I came in I asked the old lady with grey hair if she could check my order and she was a little rude ( I get it because they had alot of take out) so I asked the bartender if she could check and they wrote it right and she said yes and the old women came back a few minutes later and read the order back to me and it was right so the two of them checked and it was right!! over an hour I get my pizza and it wasnāt right!! So they threw some black olives on top - so told the older women that I want a refund for the lager half baked pizza - it was fully cooked and didnāt want it because it wasnāt what I order and the owner Leslie was standing there no apology nothing and I said no apology and the older lady yelled at me saying it was a mistake and I said yes it was but two people checked to make sure I got what I ordered and she yelled well maybe they couldnāt see I wear glasses and I can see with out them and I said thatās not my problem and I didnāt even get an apology thatās when the owner Leslie said I was rude - and the guy behind me said you werenāt rude!! And Leslie clean your restaurant itās dirty and youāre the rude person! I will never spend a dime there ever again - you can even say sorry for the mistake, your business depends on your regular customer and if you treat customers like this your cash cow will disappear and your pay out to your siblings will be for nothing!!!!!! You lost a loyal customer Jackie
