I've been to many Starbucks in the DFW and this one is definitely my favorite because of its staff and location. It has such a convienent location right off the highway which is perfect for people on their morning rush to work to stop by. Every drink I've had has been perfect and I'm a very picky person so it's usually hard for me to find something I like. They have great recommendations if you're indecisive like me, I've liked them all and love that I'm able to keep widening my drink selection with them! The inside and outside seating area is very nice and comfortable. Their fruit is always fresh which is great because I get fruit almost every time I go. They also have amazing paninis! The staff is so sweet, friendly, and have never left a bad impression. I feel sorry for the people who have written such bad reviews because this Starbucks is such a great location with some of the friendliest staff I've seen in the service industry. All I can think of is those people walking in there with a self entitled attitude and get upset over petty things and like to exaggerate and complain about it on the Internet like a brat. That's just my opinion since I've worked in the service industry myself and delt with those same type of people I'm sure all of us level headed people have learned to deal with. Read moreThe girl who was the manager here this morning is horrible at customer service! I come to this location literally 7 days a week. This morning they messed up my order (iced brown sugar shaken espresso, breve with light ice), the cup is clearly filled with ice. I talked to the manager about it and she's basically telling me what I need to order moving forward because she can't make a shaken espresso with light ice..mind you I've ordered this exact order at least 100 times before and it's made the way I (the paying customer) ask. Anyway she remakes it..but she used oatmilk this time instead of breve.. So I parked my car went inside and told her she made it with oatmilk she wanted to argue that she didn't make it with oatmilk lol once again I've ordered this drink before, I know what it should taste like and I also know what oatmilk tastes like. She remakes it for the 3rd time but this time the cup was clearly just filled with milk. I told her I wanted a refund and she proceeds to say "what's wrong with it now" I told her you gave me a cup of milk. She didn't even say anything back because she knew exactly what she did. She didn't try to fix the situation and or even offer to remake my drink the right way. Instead she told her cashier what my order was and he gave me the refund. Read moreI have been to this Starbucks numerous times because I live off Davis. So it’s my closest Starbucks. I never feel like the experience is so bad that I need to comment. Normally my order just doesn’t taste very good or the barista at the window is rude, but never really worth a comment with today’s times. Well today was finally the last straw. I mobile ordered and was about 10 minutes later than the original Pu time because they looked busy so I went to the car wash. When I walked in there was at least 25 people waiting for their drinks, and a drive thru lane out to Rufe snow. There were 7 employees working and basically only two people actually working. 1 girl was just complaining about how she got behind and talking and talking and talking instead of just shutting up and working. Everyone understands a delay. No one understand you standing and crying about working. One girl was literally carrying all the weight for the entire store. Good job Norma! She wasn’t Saying a word and was pushing out at least a drink a minute or more. There was another girl pushing out food. There were people in front of me who left because they had been waiting 45 minutes for 1 drink. I saw 7 people leave and didn’t even ask for a refund. I would hope the district manager will take this comment and come help at this store. I hate putting a bad review anywhere right now because everything is so different right now but this is just laziness...
