Update Jan 2024- Came back to see if things have changed. They haven’t. And their prices are OUTRAGEOUS now.

Update April 2022- they still take away their employee's tips and have now threatened to fire any employee who tells customers.

Update: this place has gone down hill fast since they hired new people. If you call to place an order to go during lunch they end your call and leave the phone on so no one else can call. I witnessed them do this in person once. The owner still gets all digital tips. They also don’t respond to negative reviews on here, the only reviews they respond to are positive. This means they’re unwilling to improve their customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years (they already know my order before I say anything) but I’m done going here.

Previous review: New update to their system takes tips away from the employees and redirects them to the owner. Make sure if you tip it’s in cash only. This really upsets me. I’ve been going to this location and the one on 26 for about 3 years now. The employees deserve better...

ordered through ubereats a 2nd time but never again. first time the food was pretty good but they forgot my cup of ice of which i called to remind them about. i ordered again, still no ice lol. not only is it required to select an drink with the meal, therefore i checked an option but added a note on the order twice, that is clearly stated on top of the receipt. asked the driver who stated a drink was not supplied meaning, the staff here can not comprehend a simple request. - when i called for clarification she said the order was "complicated" which is funny because the first time i ordered, i called to make sure my order was done correctly, as it was my first time here but i wanted the food i paid for, be made to my liking LOL. yet, the staff cut me off by proceeding to read out my customer notes to me. indicating that they got this. so again, idk what's complicated about reading but ok??? she also says it was the dashers fault for not making my drink. & to the manager, i hope you're enjoying your vacation bc the staff is out here fighting...

I really like their food and I have been going here for almost a year. Specially, Today 7/20/2025 at 2.00 pm I went to this location to order my regular order. Staff was very rude, first both the lady servers didn’t listen to what I’m saying. I ordered a chicken plate she added some other kind of meat on my plate. I told her again I want a chicken plate, she removed the added meat and tried replacing it with chicken. I told her I would need you to make me a different bowl I won’t prefer the old one. One of the server started making new bowl and the other one threw the pita for my order on the table. I have noticed this behavior earlier as well in this place but never happened with me. But sadly you lost a customer, where you cannot respect people and food it’s a big deal for me. The place I come from we never throw food and we don’t eat any other kind of meat other than chicken.
