La Conchita — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

Mom and pop business. Google maps does accurately depict its location on Rufe Snow. The outer sign is a little small and the restaurant is tucked away between 2 other small businesses in that business strip.

The food is fabulous; it is a clean business and the cashier is flexible with languages of Spanish and English ordering while taking a moment to look over the menu.

We picked this place because it was open early and had a great variety of choices. There's alot of opportunity here for this family business to really earn more and grow.

At first I only gave 4 stars because it does take a little effort to find the car entrance to; however, I also recognize that there is alot of business that is being left on the table because of them being tucked away.

I'd always only ordered their food from a delivery service, but today, I decided to pick up. Called in my order & waited in car until ready, masked up & went inside. NOT A SINGLE WORKER WORE A MASK!. I saw 6-7 people behind the counter & in the kitchen. They didn't wash hands after handling money, & the young lady who put the lid on my drink flat-palmed it & kept pushing trying to get it to seal. Normally, I would have just walked out, but they are really nice & I didn't want to stiff them with an unpaid order, so I paid but didn't tip (I always tip for carry out orders--even more during the pandemiic), took the food, left & threw it away. It's really sad & frustrating because I prefer supporting local, independently-owned businesses, but I can't overlook their lapses when only 55% of Tarrant County is vaccinated & just last week had over...

Its a lil' small business in North Richland Hills, Tx. of rufe snow. I went there a few years back with one of my workers early on a Saturday morning before making any of our deliries around the Ft. Worth area. 1st time ever stopping by at this place and was overwhelmed with the hospitality we received when we walked inn. We placed our orders and within' a few minutes we were enjoying a hot bowl of Menudo and a few tacos. Great job too all the staff from the cooks too the servers, and waitress. We would definitely return to this...
