We came during the day when others were in school and we had the place totally to ourselves. The kids had a lot of fun and it's very clean still and not hot and stuffy like other places.

However, the prices are absolutely crazy. For 90 minutes (which is the smallest time available ) it was $62.00 for two kids!! That's $40.00+ more than other local indoor parks. On top of that, my son had on Urban air socks which had the exact same grip pattern on the bottom and they refused to let him use them and forced us to pay $5.00 for new socks. Every other local place doesn't care as long as they are grippy socks.

We looked into party packages as well and they were either the same price or higher than other local indoor play places but instead of 10-12 kids included it was 5 kids and each additional kid was very expensive to add on.

This place has potential but they are going to price themselves out of business in no time. I can't imagine many people returning very often at these prices when they can get similar experiences at several different local places for much cheaper.

Just for comparison:

Urban Air for all day no time limit is $20.00

Ninja kidz for a 90 minutes is $20.00 or all day for $28.00

Altitude for 90 minutes is $17.99

Catapult for 90 minutes is $28.00

By far the most expensive day pass tickets out of all the local places that are similar.

Birthday parties : Altitude for 10 guests with 2 pizzas and drinks is 170.00 additional pizzas 16.00

Ninja kidz for 10 jumpers with 2 pizza and drinks is 250.00 $25.00 for additional jumpers and additional pizzas are 15.99

Urban air for 10 jumpers with pizza and drinks 209 additional pizzas 15.00

Catapult for 5 jumpers and 1 pizza is $350.00 and each additional pizzas is 25.00!

So most expensive party package with the least amount of kids, least amount of pizza, and most...

We just purchased a membership to this place. It’s clean and has multiple attractions, but after our experience today, I’m not sure we will be back. My 5 year old daughter kept getting ran over by what looked to be a group of 11-12 year old girls on one of the attractions. You could tell they got a kick out of messing with these little kids. I saw her crying and upon asking her what happened, she said some of the girls wouldn’t allow her to ride on the slide. These girls were occupying all of the inner tubes and were not allowing any other children to use one for a turn. They were running up the stairs at full speed knocking other children down (one of them was my daughter) and didn’t even care that they were doing it. When I confronted them and asked if my daughter could have a turn, they rolled their eyes at me, didn’t say a word, and kept on sliding. They were also running UP the slide, which is against the rules that this place has posted. Making other little kids wait to slide because they kept running up and sliding before the other kids had a chance after waiting their own turn. I was made aware that several complaints were made about these girls and the staff just kept putting up with their behavior. Had I been a part of the management team, those girls would have gotten kicked out for the day. It was totally inexcusable behavior on more than one occasion within the two hours we were there. Not sure we will be back if this type of behavior is...

I took my best friend here yesterday and had the best time! We were greeted by Joseph. He was a so friendly and an overall delight. He gave us the run down as it was our 1st time. Then introduced us to “the sheriff” I never got his name but he was very kind, even when he had to enforce policies that could sometimes be returned with pushback. We never got the whistle blown at us or anything but he did educate us on where things go for safety precautions. And we did see him have to tell a child and possibly his mom that he has to wear socks to abide by sanitation guidelines. They didn’t seem too keen on it but he was very kind with how he tried to approach it and even though they seemed a bit annoyed he was simply doing his job and doing the right thing. I have worked customer service for 10+ years and I think he did a great job. When it came time to get geared up…the guy running that area was excellent. He had great energy. Helped ease nerves to everyone nervous and was quick to help the struggling kiddos. The lady who checked us out for concession stand area had a smile the whole time. After loads of fun and being wore out women in our 30s we relaxed on the massage chairs and cooled down. Overall, I would recommend and I plan on coming back for sure! Great place for a good time. Adults are definitely welcomed even though it may seem like it’s more for the younger audience. If your spirit and knees say yes than you...

✨ Family fun unlocked at Catapult in North Richland Hills, TX! The kids had an absolute blast exploring the obstacle courses, flying down epic slides, diving into the giant ball pit, and testing their courage on the above-ground adventure course. Definitely a place that literally catapults you into fun! 🚀🎉 #FamilyAdventure #CatapultFun #TexasActivities #dfw #catapultadventurepark

We visited Catapult this week with family - kids ages 5, 8, and middle school. There's a lot to do, and wasn't crowded at all. Snacks are affordable and it was clean and bright!! Staff was friendly. There are 3 different types of slides (either on a tube or mat), a ropes course that's large with various difficulties of the sections, and a HUGE inflatable area that has Velcro darts, a free fall drop, some slides, ninja warrior type obstacles, climbing walls, a sports court, and more! The ball pit area is really balls spread over an inflatable so it's not like an endless pit of dirt and lost things :-) Recommend buying tickets online ahead of time (and socks if you haven't yet, you need their specific ones just like every other adventure park) and sign the waiver! Let's you basically walk right in after getting wrist band.

New facility so it’s nice and clean. Staff is friendly and manage the children well. The down side is that I was sold a monthly membership with the understanding my son could do all activities but the ropes course, as he’s a “cub”. On my 3rd visit they changed the height requirements without notification. It’s not posted at the base of the slides where a parent could see either. Manager stated the notice is posted on their board but the board but it’s not. Very disappointed that we were sold a product we didn’t receive. Also, they used to have areas for kids of all ages but they have changed height requirements and removed the baby play area. I’ll attach a photo showing the difference in height requirements per internet vs in store.
