I really like going to this store but today i had a really bad customer sirvece expirience. I went to get some last minute Christmas shopping and heading to the cashiers lines to check out , i get called to a cashier and I guess my mistake was not to pay attention on what number was i next , well there were all full and direct to the only one that seemed free want to clarify no one called me to see who was the next cashier available, a so went to this cashier that seemed available, thought she was a cashier, and before i could ask anything she looked at me with a very nasty look and yealed to the other cashiers “who called this lady here” of course very embarrassing moment, no one answered and i guess someone (register 6 with cashier Michelle) mistakenly press the button for next person when she was not yet done with previous customer, she then said same nasty attitude, it was here were you were supposed to come, I didnt say anything, well im sure the rude lady realized she did wrong but at no moment she said or tried to easy the situation, so im paying and this same lady being very rude to her co-worker asking her if it was her fist day working there, very nasty looking at her as well, i asked michelle if she new the name of that person she didnt want to answer my question because she said it was her manager, well the manager overheard me asking for her name she asked if i had a problem why did i need the manager, i said well because you were very rude to me and you are now being rude to others, you have very poor customer sirvece, michelle defended her saying she didn’t think so and i said well do you think its ok for a manager to shout “ who sent this lady here” or it would have been beter to say “ who sent this customer here” because thats what i am, they stared looking at eachother worried and then i finishe asking michelle, excuse me you didn’t answer my question, whats the name of that woman, she looked at her again not answering, well the manager said SARAH my name is sarah. My point here is JUST because im Mexican dont think i wont stand for myself, or i dont speak English, because im sure that what they thought of me! i feel very disappointed of the customer sirvece i recived today from this 2 ladys and hope next time keep in mind we are customers, we all have a job thanks to someone else that eather is buying, using or cunsiming what we get from the money of the place we work. Read moreI can't express how terrible Tiffany's customer service is, she claims to be acting manager and refused to let me buy my grandsons Christmas clothes because I called her out on their stupidity.She did it in front of my grandson this Lady is a sad example of what we the shoppers have to deal with sense the pandemic luckily I didn't believe her so I found the manager cherry explain to her what happened as I was explaining it Tiffany felt the need to come over and say she called me retarded I clarified that I had already told the manager exactly what was said and we did not need any more assistance from her I would like to thank Cherry for handling the situation very professionally and pray that she gets better employees she deserves it she's a great manager. Back then when this place first opened which I can’t remember, it was new and fascinating and I’ve never seen anything like it before but from the time when I was young, I always remembered it being kind of sloppy, I’m not saying it was messy as heck, but it was indeed messy. And to me I was like eh.
The reason why I kept coming back when I was younger was because it had nice selection, you can find name brand stuff for a lot cheaper and it really shows. But now, I think there’s a slight difference in the selection of clothes because the last time I went there, I would find the same stuff from the last visit or the visit before that but it wasn’t like the selection was boring, it actually had nice stuff.
Now let’s talk about now, I like how they’ve improved the store as in actually renovating the store and remodeling it because it really needed it. And there’s more stuff in every section now, not a whole bunch but there are some new things that I like.
The only part I find rather strange or bad is that when the lines are long it seems to me there will be 2 to 3 cashiers checking out a group of 20 to 30 people, so I wish the team had more people at the cashier for more efficiency.
But other than that it’s a nice place, not perfect but I don’t mind going...
