MOD Pizza — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

My experience with Mod Pizza was truly life-changing. I had been feeling down lately and needed something delicious to cheer me up. I had heard about Mod Pizza and decided to give it a try. I was absolutely amazed with the pizza. The dough was really fresh, the toppings were fresh and flavorful and the overall taste was out of this world. The pizza had such a unique flavor that I felt like I was in a food heaven. I quickly forgot my blues and my mood completely changed. Mod Pizza had suddenly become the food that saved my life! I was so impressed with their pizza that I had to write this amazing review. The service I received was outstanding as well. The staff were friendly and attentive. Delivery here is a total scam. Long story short... This MOD location messed up the entire order. When the order arrived, the pizzas had the correct labels and ingredients listed but were completely wrong when opened. Called the location and the manager blamed DoorDash even though I ordered from the MOD app. (DoorDash delivers on behalf of MOD but doesn't take MOD orders) Manager had no contact info for DoorDash and no steps for refund. Refused to refund the order. Only choice was to have all pizzas remade and pick them up at the location. Manager was overwhelmed and under-trained by franchise owner to handle delivery issues. Sad to seem them blame another company, when MOD took the order and made the pizzas incorrectly, instead of offering the refund. Will have the bank claw the money back, but silly to have to take those steps. Strongly suggest you never order delivery from the NRH location! Much better delivery choices available. When it comes to food, perception is your worst enemy. My wife and I came in when the shift was changing. The service started to picked. When you order first you expect to get your food first. We got ours after the couple behind us, no big deal because I could see my pizza. Recommend FCFS. Why is the cook touching a trash can. I think they use it for their flour, again perception. The employee doing the cutting yawned several times with his hands around his mouth. He didn't wash his hands when he came in. Again perception is everything. If you're not going to wear gloves don't yawn with your hand over your mouth and then cut and prepare pizza. I know you didn't touch the pizza because you are only cutting it but you touched the paper that y'all place the pizza on. Food service 101, perception is detrimental to...
