Edit: My wife and I have given it a shot two more times, and both times were fine. A definite step up from the time I wrote about initially.
I've been here with my wife 3 times since it's the closest one to us. The first two times were okay.
This time was absolutely awful. We both got salads.
Both had a pitiful amount of spinach. I'm guessing maybe there was a supply problem with their regular lettuce, but there was almost nothing in there. I paid $5 extra for one full helping of barbacoa and one full helping of sofritas and got maybe half a portion of barbacoa. Our bag of chips was 5 whole chips and the rest was all smashed on the bottom. The guacamole had the consistency equivalent to Taco Bell. And of course, they didn't include the vinegarette (supposed to be included with a salad). I went back through the drive thru and they only gave us one, which was only half full.
Guess I'm going back to driving 20 minutes again if I want decent Chipotle. Very sad as I was excited one opened so close and was actual decent the...
Read moreGlad to see the beautiful transition from Burger King being my hometown. Still relatively new an I am sure some of the concerns are because of that and adjustments need to be made. The food was good and healthy portions but you can tell they are hesitant when you ask for more cheese or sour cream they are skimpy. They didn't ask for here or to go and I hate when they smash my bowl especially when they just assume it is to go. I go in because I don't want them skimping with on line ordering keeps them honest when you are standing in front of them. Line was long and slow 5/8/24 st 845pm. The biggest concern is the mess at the line food everyplace nobody cleaning up and when I left an hour later still filthy. The Dinning room didn't have a clean table and the trash was overflowing. No lids for drinks empty napkins just not appetizing before you go to eat. Hope you guys get it together. I know Broadview heights and Strongsville may be better at this point but this location is spacious and comfortable and away from the line unlike...
Read moreI made a visit to this chipotle at non peak hour, and apparently the food inspector was visiting so everyone is just walking on eggshells. there were about 5workers and I was the only customer, I didn't appreciate how when I walked in the workers would just look at you, and had no communication skills, not a greeting, not an explanation on why I'm waiting for well over 5mins with no line. The only one that acted like they could use their words was the young lady passing by with guages in her ear, was able to say "one moment" But I waited for a nice long while before being serviced and I observed how each customer that came in one at a time had to just stand there as well, a few even just walked back out after waiting. I get an inspector is present but I didn't get why service had to stop and why things couldn't operate as normal, they just stood there with googly eyes and just watch the inspector the whole time whispering to each other instead of helping...
