My Pizzetta — Restaurant in North Royalton

This is by far the best pizza place I've ever been to in Ohio. I usually don't write reviews unless I'm pissed off, but they honestly deserved one. The customer service was out of this world. I pulled in visibly confused because I didn't realize it was a drive through, and the actual owner talked to me and explain the whole concept of the place. Then brought me in the little kitchen and showed me around, which was pretty dope. The woman working which I believe is his daughter in law was equally as kind hearted, and patient with me seeing as how it was my first time there. I got the Cuban Pizza which was to die for, and then their Luau pizza which was awesome too and I don't even eat chicken. I started coming here years ago when they opened and always had great experiences in terms of food and service. The original owners sold the business to another family and that’s the only thing that changed. Delicious pizza baked in a brick fire oven that came from Italy, and excellent customer service service. It takes 2 minutes or less to bake pizzas in that very hot oven. Thin crust pizza that holds the toppings very well. Never mushy nor under baked. This is a drive through only place where you place your order, then come around the drive thru to the pick up window, where you can actually see the brick fire oven from Italy. The wait times are not long, though if there are a lot of cars in front of you it will be a longer wait. Don’t worry it’s worth the wait. Pros = Drive through pizza with many ingredient options to choose from. Pizza tastes pretty fresh and it's super convenient.

Cons = Sometimes you will wait in line for a long time, the pizza does get cold immediately after purchasing it, so you really have to re-heat it when you get home, and be super, super careful about what toppings you order. The toppings are not clearly listed with their correct prices on the drive through menu, so it's easy to get confused on how much your pizza is going to cost. The prices and the pricing for their toppings is probably the worst thing about this place.
