
I've come here before (under Callisto) and it's been fine, but going in today was awful. Came in to get a short wolfcut, left with a choppy mess. Stylist (an older woman) did not give me her name, hardly spoke and ignored most of what I was saying. She sprayed me in the face often when spraying my hair, was rough when moving my hair and was all around uncomfortable to have as a stylist. Never once did she ask if I liked the direction she was going until she was finished. I did not like my hair but I did not feel comfortable asking her to fix it. It's too short and I'm unable to fix it myself without it being unbearably short. I showed her several pictures of what I wanted and it didn't seem like she listened at all. The only issue that I had was I was trying to pay with Regis gift cards that wouldn't work. Jackie did try calling customer service and her boss.
