Lived in the area for about 4 years now and I have literally watched this location go down hill. The "kids" running the place are running it into the ground. Dining room is always dirty, ticket times are out of this world bad. Like 30 mins dine in for three people without them being busy. They slapped those kiosks in a couple years ago and now you hardly ever have contact with an employee, you have to stand there and stare a hole through someone to get them to acknowledge you. If you are taking food to go be it the drive thru or takout from inside CHECK YOUR ORDER. This location is NOTORIOUS for leaving food out of an order. If I go through the drive thru 5 times in a row and order for more than 3 people, something is getting left out 4/5 times...I was in there to pick up food they left out one day and watched 4 other people come in for the same exact thing. About a year or so ago maybe 2 now i was going pretty regularly and getting breakfast at this taco bell..well I would come to notice pretty often that they were not open at 9am, when they were supposed to have already been open. So I figured ok opening manager is having a tough time. Then it got to where I'd go at 10am and they weren't open....i they probably killed AM sales at that location just with never being open in the AM when they should have been. One day open 8am one day 10am it's just bad business. I go through the drive thru, all the lights are on, it's about 9:30 am the girl ignored the speaker, I go to the door, it's locked, so I pulled to the window, no one but I see a couple employees. I go back to the speaker. The girl literally comes on and says, "we are not actually open right now, we are trying to put our truck away and it's going to be another couple of hours"....are you serious? I used to put trucks away in the middle of also banging out a $2000 hour at a place that sold $10 sandwiches and soup..ok.. If you can avoid this location do so. Read moreManagement here needs to figure it out, and soon. Your restaurant is suffering. I dont have to tell you that your biggest problem for months has been the lack of employees onsite. Wait times alone were enough to make you want to go elsewhere but that is not the only issue. Food prep also suffered. There's not a single time where I don't have to go into the restaurant after the drive through because these children have forgotten something. At times I am argued with because what I ordered online didn't show up on their order\ticket and I have to show them my phone to show them the taco bell website. How sad.
It appears management has attempted to address the lack of employees finally, as tonight that place had more than the usual 2 or 3 to cover both the drive through and dining room. But listen to me when I say you can't fill positions just to fill positions. I was greeted by a number of incompetent children when, as you guessed it, I had to go back in because they forgot an item. Two of them looking my order up and down on my phone appearing completely clueless on what to do or what they were even looking for. They finally figured out that they once again screwed up and once they finally gave me my missing item, mind you the only item which would be warm by the time I would finally get to eat at home, told me to "have a good one". Not a single apology or attempt to accept responsibility.

Read moreThis location used to be pretty good...it's awful. Apparently their systems go down all the time. Some recent experiences...we pull up to the drive through and they say it would be a moment. Ten minutes later we're still sitting there and people behind us start leaving. I say "Hello?" and they said it would be another minute. Five minutes later and nothing so we leave. I submitted feedback and received an email from the manager who said that their systems were down. Okay then why didn't they tell us as we sat there for 15 minutes? Another recent experience this past weekend...attempted to go and the drive through was busy but we were hungry so we waited. We get to the speaker and they say "it's cash only right now, is that okay?" We didn't have cash, so waiting 30 minutes to find this out? They could have put up a sign or even had someone come out and tell the line of 10+ cars about the issue. Finally, today we pick up our order from the drive through and it's the wrong order. My partner attempts to go inside to tell them and get the correct order and the door was locked. It was around lunch time, just before 12 p.m. and the dining area isn't open? So he had to wait in line AGAIN and wait for the correct order. No apology. I know this is fast food but this Taco Bell is awful.
