FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in North Salt Lake

As much as I love fizz- I’m fairly u happy with the service. A whole team of people took 30min to make one drink. Which they got wrong twice in a row. Most likely because one girl only ever talk as loud as she could. Look girly- you know who you are- and it’s sad that I’ve only come here 3 times in a row and know all about your sad n fake life.

I don’t wanna be ur friend I just want my drink and be off to work- used to be a great place I could ask for whatever I wanted but now when this one SPECIAL it girl is at the desk? I have to order whatever she’s in the mood for? Come on fizz get ur head together, that employee is why you guys lose customers.

She had a messy apron messy hair looked hung over and her hair wasn’t even tied back. Disgusting appearance and wasn’t even corrected by her manager? Ew- So don’t be surprised if you find a long curly blond hair in there 😕

Tonight (10/9/21) at around 9:43pm-10pm I was the first to come thru the drive thru, I was picking up a doordash order. They told me to pull up to the window, then told me they had to make them. There was only one 32 Oz drink and two 16oz drinks to make, pretty simple. No one was in the drive thru but us, but there were a bunch of teenagers in the lobby at the front counter eating pretzels, drinking drinks, and talking to the employees. There was an employee with a beanie just in the lobby talking to the teenagers. There was a blond girl with dutch braid pigtails doing who knows what, then a taller guy with black hair was just slowly walking around and throwing a cup and catching it. Today I went to go & get a little drink. I was very very disappointed when I showed up at 8:25 & the front door of the establishment was closed & locked! The hours of operation are clearly stated they close at 9pm. I’m usually not one to complain as I’ve come here many times & will most likely come again, I just will not be coming again for a while. I just had a distaste in my mouth from the experience. I live close & usually walk to get a drink.. I didn’t have a car to go through the drive thru. I stood at the door while the employees clearly looked at me still without providing service. 0/10 experience today.
