We went to a Pelicans in Jacksonville which was my first time, and we fell in love with these. We're excited to find out there was one closer to our home. These are awesome, not like a snow cone or an icy that you get at the store. These are a massive amount of shaved ice with syrup in them and they are so good. They have over 100 flavors!!! We are working our way through each flavor this summer. The staff that we have encountered the multiple times we have been are very friendly and hardworking! I'm not a doctor, but I will say my son had a 103.1 fever, we went to pelicans, got a large cotton candy and his fever went down three points...just saying 😀

First time I was there. My grand daughter goes every week after dance class, and she ordered a small lemon shaved ice with a butterfly gummy. I ordered the passion fruit large. She didn't finish hers, so both were very good. They also have points. If you sign up with your phone number. So far I would highly recommend. The prices are a little high but so what.

Let me tell you... this place needs to be widespread across the states. THE BEST snowcone/icee/slushy you will ever have hands down. The woman at the register was really nice and pre warned me about the grim reaper. She was right to do so. It was so good but I suffered for it 🤣🤣🤣 I suggest trying the hurricane it's soooo good.

We travel 40 minutes just to come to Pelicans! Their flavor selection is amazing. I love that they have different sizes of snowcones, especially when visiting with the family. There's an area to sit and run off the treats before hopping back in the car... or you can go through their drive thru which is one of my FAVORITE things about this location. I can only give it a 4 out of 5 because management didnt have enough staff working. One individual for a holiday weekend. That poor girl working was busting her butt with all the people there and did an amazing job with it. I hope she gets a fat Christmas bonus because she earned it tonight!
