Boo, every time I order something it is wrong and I find it hilarious being that I'm a manager of a coffee house that they can actually take my order hear how I ordered it see that I'm mad when they go to hand it to me made incorrectly and still give it to me!! You guys learn how to make a mocha blast especially when people order it to a tee medium mocha blast whipped cream and "cinnamon" "no chocolate" in the cup y'all hand me medium mocha blast chocolate in the cup chocolate all over the top of the whipped cream. I go I order a large butter pecan iced coffee I pull away there's no butter pecan in the iced coffee. 27 years of drinking these and people still can't get it right I think every Duncan has just about put this place to shame this is not the first time this is just enough times to make me vent and leave a bad review. It's coffee & ice cream not rocket science!!! And drive through people don't hand out the incorrect order you see it's wrong have your people correct it. Zero stars from me get it together!!! MANAGEMENT, TEACH THEM HOW TO MAKE DRINKS...🥴 MOCHA BLAST TASTING LIKE A CHOCOLATE...

Normally i dont bother with reviews, but today i went to the hammond dunkin donuts closest to where i work with about 4 different orders, 2 drinks and 2 food items. The first being the easiest which was an order of hash browns, at this point i was extremely rushed through the rest of my order by the girl taking orders, repetitively saying "is that it?", recieved my orders and drove away to find that they didnt give me the hash browns, upon inspecting my reciept, she didnt even take the order for them, despite the fact IT WAS THE FIRST ITEM ORDERED. SO.. upon returning to get the rest of my order , i told the other lady at the counter what happened and suggested they slow down when taking orders at the window, she laughed in my face, got an order of hashbrowns and despite their negligence, had me pull out my card to pay for missing item. Thats right, they screwed up my order and then charged me to correct it. Im sure it was very funny for those ladies working there taking peoples orders all day. Probably as funny as the fact they work in a coffee shop for...

They seem to only be able to accommodate people with allergies so if I ask for almond milk in my hot drink I would like almond milk. You can’t just be able to accommodate people with allergies because everyone doesn’t have allergies. The last few times we’ve been they have changed their rules or policies. We were at one point able to order separately in the drive they now we can’t. When I ask for what I want I would appreciate getting and not having to not get it because they won’t just clean the machine or use one machine for those with allergies and the other for those who don’t have allergies. But it’s unacceptable to only be able to accommodate one section of people which means you’ll lose business because you can’t accommodate others. I’ve worked at a place that had to accommodate those who wanted almond milk and those who didn’t and there is a thorough way to clean the steam machines to accommodate both people. So please figure out how to correctly accommodate ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! NOT JUST ONES...
